I paid for the first batch
I paid for the first batch. It got to South Africa in 2 months. I paid in April 2026, then they deducted after R659.00. I did not know that it was a contract. I am trying to help my dog. The second batch that they took payment for never arrived! The product does not work! Now they owe me R1318.00 and all my emails to them send me to a product list. I just want my money back and nothing further to do with them

Este es el segundo pedido que realizó, el primero llegó incompleto y el segundo nunca llegó y dice caducado, pero tampoco me devuelven el dinero del cobro que me realizaron del pedido #26040 y me responden “lamentamos lo ocurrido y pronto le daremos una solución…..” llevo más de dos meses solicitando la devolución y nadie hace nada…..

Excellent customer service
I reside in central Mexico. My last shipment made in across the border and to a local carrier. The local carrier marked it “undeliverable” citing a “bad address” that other carriers deliver to several times a week. After keeping the shipment for several weeks, they returned to Pupganics.
I called Pupganics and they immediately routed the shipment to a mail forwarder in Texas that will deliver to me. No questions asked, no hesitation!

I waited nearly 3 months for my order and it never arrived, I requested a refund but they would only offer a credit note and they only credited half the money. Several emails sent and now they don't respond, save your time and energy do not order from here

Ordered 3 packs 6 weeks ago for my French bulldog with allergies after using them previously. Got held at customs for 6 weeks and then rejected into Australia. I have emailed pupganics twice and not had any response about getting a refund, despite quick replies prior. Disappointing and would not recommend to others.

A multivitamin that actually works.
Shady appears to have elevated her energy levels and her mobility since starting this about two months ago… now that she’s 13 years old, she was losing that playful edge but it seems like the multivitamin is actually helping her.

I did not get the products more than a month later and bought something else that's half the price. I asked them to refund and they won't and I asked them to cancel subscription and again they won't. They say I can cancel for up to 90 fats but refuse to cancel subscription completely..don't they get...noone wants to do business with a company that is clueless and helpless about where our items are after paying so much. They are untrustworthy and being this unreliable months after placing order when they had time to fix issue inspires no confidence. Stop forcing subscriptions on us when you'll violate good trade stds and we want not a thing to go with you.
We love our pets so much we. Take chances but this type of creepy company needs to be set right.
Can any company be this pathethic and scammy.
I truly regret ever succumbing to ordering ...companies like this make consumers not take chances on New companies and now I have an abhorrence to subscriptions too cos of them.

They have postal issues
I have to give 2 stars as I haven’t actually received the product yet and I ordered over 1 more nothing ago. I don’t care where you live on the planet, no delivery should take that long. The tracking number just sits at the same stage for weeks. I hope it works if I ever receive it but if you want my opinion, if you live outside the USA, don’t order.

Only negative is the management of the subscription. I can’t see how to delay my next order. Hence one star knocked off.

Really works, but slow to arrive and held up in customs
First order was fantastic and really worked well for my 2 pugs, second order has been stuck in customs for 2 weeks and I have run out of chews. My dogs are back to how they were before starting on Pupganics😤
