Got refund for my 1st order (I did not received) after 4 months and still no update for 2nd order that I was charged unintentionally. Keep saying order in processed while their forwarder confirmed no parcel has been sent from 17/7/26. Lately I filed a scam report to Shopify, anyone with same situation can have same action.

It's wonderful to hear your pup is more active and doing better every day. That's exactly what we love to hear! Supplements need time. Just like with humans, it can take up to 90 days of consistent daily use for your dog's body to respond.

The dog is still scratching after going through 3 packages. Nothing has changed, he still eats grass, and his ear yeast does not stop. Still kicking his paws all the day.
So does not seem this product is doing anything..
And shipments take between a month or 2 each time.

Empiezo diciendo que la página está hecha para que la gente se equivoque y se suscriba sin haber tenido esa intención. A mediados de mayo 2026 hice una compra de productos. Me demoré casi 2 meses en recibirlos y en el intertanto, yo había solicitado información al respecto. Me indicaron que había habido una confusión y que yo aparecía con 'dos suscripciones'. Ante negativa de haberme suscrito, me informaron que las habían eliminado, sin embargo, días después sacaron de mi tarjeta de crédito la cantidad de Ch$72.198
He solicitado la devolución en reiteradas ocasiones, realmente ya estoy aburrida, Ni siquiera responden. Quedarse con dinero ajeno tiene un nombre feo y legalmente es penado por la ley.

Vitamins and Dental Powder
I started giving my Dachshund the vitamin a little over a month ago, and she no longer shakes her head and the itching has decreased. I'm also using the dental powder on her and on a Shih Tzu; I've noticed improvement and I'm still monitoring her progress.

Pupganics disappointing customer service on refunds
Pupganics sadly did not work on our dogs, and they also were not the happiest with the taste of the product sadly but they did eat it with some persuasion. These things happen not all products work on every dog.
But what is extremely disappointing is that they have there 90 days money back if you are not satisfied with the product which I informed them I was not and requested it and surprise surprise no one now will get back to me when I have requested the Refund.
It is really disappointing when a company goes back on there word.

Terrible service
I ordered once, 3x tubs of pupganic chews (over R1500).
They made it a recurring order, deducted R1500 for three months and I’m still waiting for my products.
Waiting period unacceptable and deducting money without my consent is illegal. Not happy 😡
