Bought a Pure Moment which Pure sell as having excellent sound quality. It's going straight back because it sounds like it's been put a in a bucket full of cushions. Worst sounding radio I've heard since about 1970. Utter rubbish. And I now see there are a ton of reviews about this product that say the same. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Au bout de 20 jours je contacte le site pour arrêter l'abonnement automatique. Mais le prélèvement se fait quand même, j'ai du contacter ma banque pour bloquer le prélèvement.

1. Aucun moyen de contacter le site, ils ne répondent pas aux mails.

2. plein de faux comptes avec de fausses photos style mannequin ou bombasse : vous pensez que vous croisez des filles comme ça dans la rue ? ...

3. incitation à acheter des droits à envoyer des messages. J'ai acheté pour plusieurs euros des droits aux messages, mais évidemment personne ne m'a répondu.

PURE propose aussi d'acheter des cadeaux pour apparaitre en première page, mais ça ne sert à rien, les " vraies " filles font défiler sans prendre le temps de regarder, elles attendent qu'on les contacte.

Donc, éviter cette application qui vous fait dépenser de l'argent pour rien et vous donne de faux espoirs sous l'effet du fantasme et de l'excitation.

Allez plutôt dans les bars, faire des sorties dans la vraie vie, vous aurez plus de chance et ce sera plus sain.

Rubbish, second one to stop working after less than a year. Expensive rubbish

Cette societe n'envoie pas les articles commandes. Grosse arnaque. Ne reponds pas aux mails. Attention

Product seemed fine but was a bit finicky to use, e.g. power cable easily disturbed losing connection. Then, using the headphone output the socket was so tight it broke the plug and now the radio is a paperweight!
Even worse, Pure's customer service is slow and unhelpful. We agreed a resolution in mid-December and it's still not been delivered. Avoid.

This company is a scam!
Don’t even think to try on them!
They did not respond to me for very long time.
Then they told me that they will refund me after 10 days and has been almost 2 months and still no money back.

My Pure One Mi doesn't update and the download file from Pure's website doesn't do anything.

To add more grief, my Pure Evoke display has failed.

These products and their support is simply awful.

I recently bought a 2007 Siesta clock radio for £3 from a charity shop. I contacted their support team for advice about updating the software and how to upgrade it to DAB+. They were extremely helpful in helping me to work through these issues. Now the radio is even better than it was back in 2007.

The companion app "Pure Select app" which is required for the Evoke F3 is no longer on google play store. - Total Rubbish and no response from support. Is this company still in business

Woud be a great product the Pure Moment clock radio. However ...
Bought the Pure Moment clock radio and Pure company knew that there were software bugs in it. Still this company started selling this clock radio.

Problem: set the alarm to turn on the radio to wake you and then the buzzer will go off.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have a couple of Pure radios which have given intermittent problems since purchase and just recently they have both thrown a major problem with accessing DAB+.
I managed to update the software on both (what a pain to do) for DAB+ when it first became live and then both radios, at the same time, just recently decided they would no longer get DAB+. It was as like they have both reverted to a previous software level at the same time. I have tried to update them again by the Pure website but this says my software is up to date. I have lost my favourite radio stations as a result. I can not believe this is just fate as they were working OK until the above event, very suspicious. When i try to get my favourite programs it just says update required and there is not one. Very disappointing come on Pure get your act together,

Very expensive stereo system, twice the price of many others - and it doesn't work. Rubbish. Bought from John Lewis. Never again.

I have a Pure Move radio 2520 that has stopped charging I am sure it needs a replacement battery but Pure Radio has ceased trading unfortunately
If you go online there are one or two places that you can get a battery but appear to be getting less as most say they are out of stock Amazon have them at £23 each I have ordered one from Best Batteries at £2 less including delivery

Battery pack expanded inside radio unit forcing cover off and damaging case. Phoned tech support who couldn't have cared less. They do not sell spare parts anymore! Told me to go to amazon for 3rd party providers for new battery pack. This is the 2nd radio I have bought from this company. It will be the last. The first radio developed a power supply fault and they wanted to charge me £75 just to look at it. I should have learned from the first experience but foolishly I thought that PURE was a reliable and premium brand. This is not so. It is cheap quality and construction sold at premium prices.

H4 radio failed for no apparrent reason.

The Pure stuff looks good but is massively over-priced. This was a very expensive mistake. I am so disappointed. I cannot to throw over £100 so won'be buying anything else by Pure.

Another irritation is that my Pure CD-4 will not eject a CD, only turning off at mains will fix this. Very annoying.

Out Pure Evoke is no longer usable as it can no longer download "updates" from the Pure website. I assume this makes it "no longer supported". As a result we can't access many of the more recent stations and those that have changed frequency. Have had to buy a replacement. I expect better from a company that positions themselves as "Premium"

I have just replaced a very old Pure Evoke radio (bought at least 10 years ago). The sound was still good, but the text on the little screen was fading. My new Pure radio is a Classic C-D6, a lovely wood/walnut unit with a black front. The sound is perfect, and the settings are easy to set up. I am only using it for DAB radio and CDs, but it has many other facilities available. And their Customer Service members, especially Enes, are very helpful and patient when setting up if needed.

I have had 4 Pure radios and 3 have suffered from the display failing after a few years and one has also suffered from the black case crumbling.
If you want a reliable radio buy a Roberts or Sony which give many years of service and have been going much longer than Pure.

I bought a Pure Siesta Rise Dab radio alarm. I opened the box and carefully pluged it in and tuned it up. The sound quality was worse than terrible. I tried 5 or 6 different stations disgusted by the sound. I unplugged it packaged it up and returned it to Argos which have a great returns policy. I would honestly say this product is unfit for purpose. Even radio with just speaking voices was awful. I still have a Pure Sonus dab from the 1980s but it is Dab not Dab+ so short on stations now but it sounds great with any style of music. Pure radio,s don,t sound like this one anymore.
S6, Siesta Charge or Rise models please stay away from they all sound terrible as i have tried them now. I think Pure have gone to pot.
I am now looking to try a Sangean rcr 20 and a Roberts 94L. Stay away from the 3 i mention they are bad.

Item sent with no paperwork.
Contacted Pure 3 times for return docs. finally got them.
Still waiting for refund 5 months on.
Appauling customer service.
DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
