I waited over a month for my product when it was only meant to arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. it was not the first time where I had to wait this long. I ended up cancelling my order and demanded a refund because I waited for about 3 months for my product and I considered taking legal action... I must state though that some items have arrived in time previously

Zero stars. Weeks of waiting, no communication, no updates, no shoes. Do not purchase from this company. Poor in every single instance.

Shoes are great , they had a few smudge marks on it tho, looks like one was new and one was used

I would not order from Pushas again. It is almost laughable that they send review reminders after the level of service I experienced.

I waited nearly two months for items that are readily available elsewhere, at a lower price and with significantly faster delivery. Ordering with Pushas was a mistake I would not repeat, having both overpaid and endured excessive wait times.

The packaging was also appalling, particularly considering the order was worth over $1,000 in Pokémon cards. There was no bubble wrap or any real protective packaging used, which is completely unacceptable for items of this value. If I could attach photos, I would happily share exactly what I received.

To make matters worse, when reaching out to customer support for updates, I only received generic, copy-paste responses with no real resolution or accountability.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — there are far better alternatives available.

Easy to order great quality products

The site is a joy to navigate compared to other resale marketplaces. I ordered these on Thursday and they were on my doorstep Monday. Authenticated before delivering to me and came in the OG box. Equipped with a cute card and Pushas Authenticated Tag, can't speak more highly about the entire experience from browsing to receiving.

Was fast shipping, and very good experience overall and honestly one of the best trackies I have ever owned!

DO NOT BUY FROM PUSHAS. I had read the reviews and still gave it ago. Big mistake. After a month of me reaching out for updates as I didn’t receive any they sent a gift card as they were unable to provide the item i ordered. Not a refund a gift card without even asking if I would like that option. I reordered the shoes i originally purchased as they were i stock and after another month of follow ups i finally received the shoes. The box is absolutely damaged corners ripped tears everywhere, I wouldn’t even call it a box more like flat cardboard.
Please what ever you do don’t buy from here.

Got white runners and the rubber all around the shox was yellow from oxidising and they refused to give my money back saying they were wearable like who want crystal white runners with yellow rubber all over them..it’s not how they are sold in the shops!!! It’s how they end up after a couple years of wearing..disgusted with their attitudes and product if I could put in minus stars I would have..also communication is ridiculous to say the least

It was awesome to receive a product that I knew was going to be the real deal when I opened it. It was the real deal and packaged professionally. I would 100% purchase through PUSHAS again, just for peace of mind.

I ordered a pair of ASICS from PUSHAS and was left waiting for weeks without any clear information about where my order was or when it would arrive. Eventually, I was told the shoes were still with the seller and hadn’t even been sent to PUSHAS for authentication.

Customer service couldn’t give me a dispatch date or delivery estimate. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, they hid behind their two-hour cancellation policy—even though the delay was entirely on their end. I was told my only option was to continue waiting and then return the shoes for store credit once they eventually arrived. It has now been 2 months, they are not responding and I still have not received the shoes or a refund.

Holding onto a customer’s money while being unable to confirm when the item will even reach your facility is a joke. The communication was terrible, the resolution was completely one-sided, and the whole experience felt unnecessarily difficult. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here!

Ordered weeks ago, with a specific delivery window guaranteed at checkout. We are now 1 week past the latest delivery date and these haven’t even been shipped. No response from customer service, no idea when or if they will arrive. Absolute scam. Shop elsewhere

After 2 weeks of not being delivered requested to cancel the order. Refused to do so, even though it is past the expected delivery date and they still can't give any indication when it will be delivered as they haven't received it themselves from their third party supplier. Avoid.

The worst people to deal with. Ordered over 1 month ago and have no update as to when or if my product will ever arrive. Would not recommend this site to anyone. Appalling customer service and terrible business model.

I wanted to share my experience with this company. On Aug 24 I purchased a pair of Kobes in 10.5, when checking out they estimated delivery between Sept 5-8, which I get cause they have to receive the shoes, authenticate then ship to me. Come Sept 4, there was no update, no shipping info etc. I emailed them and they said they can't tell me when it will shipped as they have to receive it etc. I raised a dispute with Paypal as thankfully I paid via paypal. I gave Pushas the oppurtunity to fulfill the order, now Sept 11, still no update, still no progress in the shoes. So I escalated the issue with paypal and im hoping to get my money back soon. They sell stuff they dont have, (I get that they are resellers), but to hold someones money for nearly 3 weeks and can't deliver on what your selling is a whole level of dodgy.

This website is so useless it’s been a month since I ordered and I’m not getting a tracking number please don’t buy it’s Father’s Day on Sunday and my husband is not getting his gift because they are slow and I’ve emailing them for weeks everyday I’m getting nothing from him

Ordered and paid 22 July. Due 6 August. Finally received 4 September.

Six weeks for a pair of shoes.

If you don’t actually have something readily available, don’t advertise it like you do. Be upfront and tell customers they’ll potentially be waiting six weeks before taking their money.

The delay was one thing. The way PUSHAS handled it was worse. I had to constantly chase them for answers, with zero urgency or accountability from their end.

I never wanted a refund. I wanted my shoes and a straight answer.

After completely butchering up the order, I even gave them the opportunity to offer some sort of goodwill gesture. Nothing.

Then after SIX WEEKS they still sent the shoes by standard post. Couldn’t even take it upon themselves to express ship it after all that.

Mistakes happen. How you handle them says everything about your business.

PUSHAS did the absolute bare minimum.

Never again.
