Ive ordered shoes from Pushas for well over 10yrs now and they have never failed to deliver. The shoes are always of great quality.

I havent received my shoes and I ordered this in March. I keep in emailing for and update but I do not get a reply....

Excellent quality and fast delivery worth every penny.

I ordered two separate orders both around 400$ each one the same day.then it just keeps saying my order is being prepared and the second order says partially delivered i havent even gotten tracking for any thing ive contacted them constantly gotten automated responses that mean nothing . I don't know if ill get any thing it is a scam I think :( use if u want .. but if think ive been scammed its a few days off a month so far ill keep u guys posted if it changes

If I could give zero stars I would
Paid for an order two months ago still no delivery
They also asked me for my drivers license on email and personal information
Scam do not order from them
They do not respond or help

The worst customer service ever they don’t reply to the emails and the product didn’t arrive till now plus they don’t give us any updates about the order or delivery date if I could give zero stars I would of give it never ordering from them again

Pushas is complete SCAM be careful . They will happily take your hard earned $ and not send your order or communicate with you. They ignore your emails . 7 weeks since i paid $424 for some shoes and still nothing they will not refund you . DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ... there are beter and cheaper platforms to buy sneakers from

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son on the 12/4 for his bday .
After 6 emails I keep getting back we are looking into this
May 21/5 still no shoes !

Extremely disappointing experience with PUSHAS.

I placed my order on 12 April, and at the time of purchase the latest stated delivery date was 25 April. That date came and went with no delivery, no shipment, and no meaningful update.

By 15 May — more than three weeks after the latest promised delivery date — the item still had not even been shipped, and I was given no indication whatsoever as to when it would be. Despite providing ample time and opportunity for the issue to be resolved, communication and customer service were poor and failed to provide any confidence that the matter was being properly handled.

I was ultimately left with no reasonable option other than initiating a dispute through my credit card company to recover my money.

Consumers should not have to chase updates, exceed stated delivery timeframes by weeks, and then resort to chargebacks simply to obtain a resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution and carefully consider the risks before purchasing.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Scam website - don’t buy off them.

Well I got what I ordered in perfect condition!! Brand new and my partner loved the gift. It was my first time purchasing from PUSHAS and was a little weary, but in the end I got what I wanted!!

Ordered my shoes over a month ago and still waiting for them
Have sent countless emails with little to no reply
Will never order another pair of shoes through them

If i could rate 0 i would AWFUL experience would never recommend to anyone i waited 4 months for a top they cancelled TWICE and gave me STORE CREDIT im fuming this is their fault i should be getting a refund. Their replies are SHIT their whole company is a disaster and their excuses are disgraceful. I will never support a business like this.

If you like throwing away money then this is the perfect place to do it. To start they sent the wrong shoes then made me jump through hoops to get the shoes back to them and once they had them back it’s been total radio silence👏🏽 these guys are proper thieves and could not care less about Any customer.

Absolutely terrible experience with PUSHAS. I ordered a shirt that was listed as “Fastest” and also paid for express shipping, yet my order was still delayed and I was left with no proper updates or tracking number. Advertising an item as “Fastest” and then failing to dispatch it in a reasonable time is completely misleading.
The customer support was just as bad as the delay itself. Every time I reached out, I got vague, copy-paste style responses with no real answers. I was told they would check with the relevant team and get back to me, but they failed to follow up and left me chasing them again. It felt like they were just stalling instead of actually helping.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, slow handling, and customer service that was completely unhelpful from start to finish. I would not recommend PUSHAS to anyone, especially if you expect them to honour what they advertise. DEFINITELY not making any future purchases from PUSHAS again.

Placed order for shoes, was given different sizing. Returned shoes and have not heard from them since. Have confirmation from Auspost that it has arrived with them.

Still waiting for the right size shoes. Or am I going to lose $140

Easy to navigate the site and they have some awesome products and very affordable prices!

Purchased the new mint Kayano asics, they arrived 2 different sizes. I brought this to their attention to which they sent an address to send back, they’ve been awaiting collection since the 12th of Feb it’s now the 1st of March. I haven’t gotten one apology nor them organising my refund/replacement. I now have disputed this with my bank as they don’t reply

Terrible in every way. Service, no one to contact only email with the same repeated cut and paste message. Heard or seen no credit regarding my return. Daughters shoes soooo small although sizing guidelines were followed but no it’s my fault. Then all these fees charged for my return. No idea regarding customer service or retention. Weeks since return made no credit as yet. So much time wasted with no results.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on December 26, and later I was informed that the product was not available. To be clear, the cancellation was not my decision and it was not due to a change of mind — it was because the seller did not have the item in stock.

It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my refund. Communication has been poor, and I have not been provided with a clear update or a confirmed refund date. It is unacceptable to hold a customer’s money when the product was never available in the first place.

I hope this review encourages the company to take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from here.
