Had a payment appear on my Qpark account for parking in France. I was actually in the uk. I was not sure if someone had hacked my account or it was just an error.
I contacted Qpark but they are so slow in responding. They have no customer service telephone time that you can call.
I contacted my card provider to say an amount had been taken on my card and it was not me. I endeavoured to remove my card from my account but Qpark would not allow this on the app without putting another card on.My card provider advised me, as I had had my response from Qpark I should cancel my card. I was reluctant to do this as you have to wait about 10 days for a new card to arrive and it is such an inconvenience, but I took the advice of my card provider and cancelled my card
I finally received a response fromQpark who more or less said it was my fault for having a private number plate on my vehicle, really!!!!!
I thought I should have received an apology for all the inconvenience but no.
I have contacted Qpark to say an apology might have been in order and have surprisingly had no response 🤔

Absolutely awful experience at Q-Park Leicester Square.
The car park itself smells strongly of urine, making it an unpleasant place to park. The spaces and driving lanes are incredibly tight, making manoeuvring stressful and difficult.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Due to a barrier malfunction when exiting, I was delayed by around four minutes through no fault of my own. Despite this, I was charged for a full additional hour, meaning I ended up paying for two hours instead of one.
I contacted customer service hoping for some common sense and understanding, but Ana was completely unwilling to listen to the circumstances. She repeatedly insisted that because I had exceeded the one-hour period, I had to pay for two hours, regardless of the barrier issue that caused the delay. No grace period was considered and no attempt was made to resolve the situation fairly.
Poor facilities, unreasonable charging practices, and appalling customer service. I will not be using this car park again and would not recommend it to others.

Booked a timed slot from 5pm to 11.30pm in Westminster, paid £59.00, yes £59.00 for this time, I arrived at 4pm but left around 10pm, so technically I was there for less time, before I had driven to the end of the road after leaving the car park they charged my card another £21.00, I received an email stating its because I arrived early, what about leaving early, I should have got a refund, so to park for around 6 hours this company charged me £80.00, absolute rip off

Visited Q Park in John Lewis Liverpool. Arrived at 13.23 and left at 17.39 and was charged £18.00 for 4 hours and 16mins, despite website saying £2.90 per hour. No prices advertised anywhere near to the Pay Station to verify the cost. I’m used to be ripped off in this car park - but this is absolutely taking the proverbial!

Arrived 30 mins early - allowed entry with no warning of additional fees. left 4 hours before end of reservation time. Have received a £10.50 charge on top of a £55 original charge. Overall the site is clean in the car park area - however, the pathways up to Hyde Park are disgusting and smell of wee - and the toilet facilities are really gross. Would expect a more welcoming experience when paying these types of fees. Rip off company. Would give lower than 1 star if the option was available!!

Booked a parking slot from 7pm to 1am to attend a show at the Barbican in York. Arrived 20 minutes earlier due to lighter traffic than anticipated en route and parked up at around 18:40. Returned to vehicle and exited at around 22:15 so around three and a half hours duration. Get home and find an email from Q Park telling me there's an extra charge for parking 20 minutes earlier! No account taken of the two and a half hours unused at all. So, in my view a bit of a rip off and it is not made clear that you can only park after your booked time. I'll not be using these guys again.

WORST PARKING EVER! - their "pre-booking" is not pre-booking it's pre-paying. Turned up to the carpark to be told the car park was full and it was "tough you should turn up earlier" had to go find different parking for majority of the day, went in to Q park for the last hour as I had to park in 2 different short stay parking areas.

Another security guard told me that Q park would refund and was emailed to say because I used any part of my parking regardless of it being full etc. that my parking would not be refunded.

Absolutely disgraceful! Never park there!!

Parking ticket despite paying60 pounds a month - seems like ticket happy also giving out tickets to disabled badge holders on a Sunday - you are a disgrace

We paid for three full days parking, but upon leaving we left 24 minutes late and were charged 4 pounds. But we had already paid for a full day, so we thought that would have covered it. But no, and no refund.
Ripoff, don’t go there.

Every time I park my car here my doors get hit by another car. The spaces are so small even if you are within the lines you get hit. The problem is the concrete posts, you have to park so your not next to the walls to get out. Then if another car is next to you have to squeeze yourself out. But unfortunately most people in London dont care about whacking there door against yours. So now my car has dents on all 4 door and chips all from this Garage. I know this Garage was built in another time, but if you value your vehicle park on the street and get a ticket. I have reported this before but they just come back and say nothing to see here. So forget your response its pointless.

Poor and inaccurate directions. Now they are trying to charge us twice for every session and the second charge is double that of the first. Soon to go the way of NCP with any luck

I pre booked in a space in Bristol with a code given by the Ibis Hotel. When I arrived in Bristol, I clicked the link on my confirmation email from Q park to get directions and was directed to the Millenium car park. Turns out, this is not run by Q park, so when I left, I had to pay £25 for my overnight stay (having already paid Q park).
To be fair, Q park refunded my prebooked ticket cost but I ended up paying a lot more because the email sent me to the wrong place. Be careful.

A visit to hospital is never a easy visit when you have cancer or any other terrible illness but the shuttle bus service that Q Parking provides through two wonderful people that are without a doubt must be there top employees Sandip and Shrelle to get you to your appointments and through the hospital grounds at QE is amazing pick you up and drop you off get you there swiftly and safely always a pleasure and thank you for providing such a first class service and also invaluable for the patients to be greeted with a smile and friendly manner once again thank you

Q park York,parked here via automated number recognition booking for a 24 hour stay,do not park with this company if you can help it,there are NCP parking which is fair and honest unlike Q park. When I arrived at 10:35 thrir booking sustem automatically started the booking time from 00:00 that day and when I left the following day at 10:50 they then thought it ok to charge me for an extra two hours parking saying it logged me at midnight on that day. Robbing dog of a company and avoid at all costs in York!
Disgusting service and the car park has tiny access and exits which force you to jump kerbs to get out!!!!!…never again robbing idiots!!!

Won`t be using again, Q Park Edinburgh. They Said got discount as using a hotel registered with them but got charged just under £28 for a night. Then I get two penalty charges first on entry £60 and second offence which doubles, when leaving was £120 as the car park is in a LEZ.
No mention of this zone when booking.
That spoilt my first ever time in Scotland (Edinburgh)

Was at Solihull Hospital Monday, drop off at Oncology Dept, parked for 12mins, Surprise Surprise, Parking Ticket with Blue Badge,the Ticket Warden had a IQ of Zero? Watch This Space Q park

Q Park York, I arrived circa 20 mins early and left 65 mins early. I get an e mail saying I have been charged for arriving early but no rebate for leaving early !! It seems as thought it’s all about taking money off people at every opportunity. It’s disgusts me

Left my car here for 24 hours and came back to find someone had been through it and taken money from my change pot.
I actually took a photo of the change before leaving—just out of curiosity, not because I expected anyone to take it—but unfortunately that’s exactly what’s happened.
It may only have been £3, but it’s still theft and shouldn’t be happening under any circumstances. If this is happening to multiple cars, it quickly adds up.
Really disappointing experience and it makes me question how many other customers this has happened to without realising.

A total disgrace we pre booked the car park on Mother's day 15 Narch to enjoy the day. We tried twice to access the car park the shutters would not open for us. We driven around the corner and parked.on NCP car park.
I contacted Q car parks on 5 occasions asking for a refund which they have refused even though I sent a picture of the shutters closed.
I will never park their again beware when booking

Sheffield, Durham Road - 1 star.

Absolutely disgusting pricing for the location.

£14 for 5 and a half hours near the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and the University of Sheffield is extortionate. Profiteering from students, patients and NHS visitors - people who are often already financially stretched and have little choice. A shameless, money-grabbing company. Avoid if possible.
