I run the payroll, on a voluntary basis, for a community initiative. With no previous experience of payroll, I took over from someone who was very ill and subsequently died.
The QTac team are fabulous; they have been great mentors and kind advisers. With their help I am able to run the programme and have complete confidence that they will support me when I get in a muddle or need guidance.

The personal touch is unbeatable. The service was absolutely brilliant, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much and I must commend you on your overall service. The only thing that I could not do was to offer Jimmy Swale a cup of tea!

As an Accountant, I see lots of systems in use but none with the support provided by Qtac! It’s just a shame they don’t offer an accounting product to keep all services in the one company.
For payroll requirements you will not get a better product and service.

I have used Qtac for several years and highly recommend it. It is very easy to use and the helpdesk staff not only answer the phone with minimum delay (unusual these days I find) but are extremely helpful. My most recent install was complicated due to the vagaries of my computer but all was resolved. Above and beyond their remit!

Exceptional Support Staff

Over the last few months, I have contacted support on quite a few occasions. The team are so helpful and explain everything so well, and they take time to listen to my query and get me out of the holes I get stuck in.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and I really wanted to let you know as it is so very much appreciated.
