We have used QTAC for many years now and have been amazing with their customer service. As a small company who is very 'non-tech', they have always been at the end of a phone to help with any problems, questions and have often been able to 'do it for me' and are always patient. Today, it was an annual update and they completed it on time and without any hassle. I always recommend QTAC.

I've been a Qtac customer for over 20 years and I have always received an excellent customer service, they are polite, courteous, always available to solve any issues and reliable.

The new 23/24 installation needed to be done. Dominic called and asked if I would like him to install. He did and did the install better than I could ever do. Top marks.

Qtac payroll is a very efficient bureau which I highly recommend. All the staff are excellent. Our main point of contact has been Michael Riordan who is amazing. Michael has a great grasp of the details of payroll and explains everything very clearly and patiently.

Payroll is an increasingly complex area of work to get right with significant penalties from HMRC for errors. Having Qtac to take care of payroll is a huge headache lifted! Brilliant!

I had an issue with opening the Qtac payroll system earlier and Sam not only sorted that out but updated my current year software and uploaded my new 2022-23 software in case next week is crazy-busy, brilliant customer service!

Qtac are one of the top companies for customer service Having been a customer for a number of years they answer every question ASAP and if needed will log in remotely to help with any problem. A great company would highly recommend.

Arranged a time to call Sam so that he could carry out the installation of next year's payroll. I got through to him on time and he carried out a tricky installation as I had asked him to transfer this years payroll onto my laptop from another computer and then install the new software onto my laptop. He did a very professional job and quickly overcame a few problems during the installations. Very impressed with his knowledge and competence.

Ben rang me and asked when I wanted the installation done. I asked if he could do it then and there. He said he could and went in remotely. It was great to have it done for me quickly and efficiently as I hate doing upgrades.

What a lovely, calming experience to have well-spoken and polite people (like Ben Brady) at QTac talking me through, and then taking over, any difficulties and chores in the next year's installation
