Reading some of these other reviews, we got off lucky. We had some minor issues with the car after purchase which they did agree to fix. However, after a day off work and a 2 hour drive each way to and from Dunstable they told me they had fixed it. As soon as I get home and plug it in, they have not. Turns out they had just reset it without any form of investigation.
Long story short, it has taken about 3 months to get through this. They held onto the car for several weeks before telling me they couldn't fix it and needed to send it to the mains dealer a month later. Agreed to bring the car back to me and send it to a local dealer instead. Local dealer was brilliant (shout out to Unity Fiat, Leicester), fixed the problems, but now QPX are refusing to pay for half of the work.
I regret having anything to do with this place.

The first vehicle I purchased had an underlying issue that the Quality Part X clearly did not know about, but it was creating numerous issues for me, so I decided to change the vehicle. Klaudia and Omar from after-sales have been highly supportive and have done everything possible while I was experiencing issues with the first car. When I requested a change, Omar spoke to other members of management in a timely fashion, despite it being between the Christmas and New Year period, and they agreed to facilitate the swap of the car.

Upon my second arrival, I was met by friendly staff members, and after checking out a new car, we began sorting out the paperwork. The process was seamless, and I just needed to sit back and relax. Ray (sorry if misspelt) was very effective and transparent, and resolved all the procedural steps to complete the settlement and get a new finance agreement.

I am pleased with the car.

Guys, there are customer-focused and very knowledgeable.

1 star is too much. Our car broke down after 55 mile on m25, Merceds dealer ship diagnostics discovered 13 fault codes, to engine and drive train, what results always in limp mode, brought the car back to quality partX for repair, they had it for 9 days, just deleted the fault codes done no repairs, used the vehicle 280 miles, transporting people and goods, damage inside and outside vehicle, wheels buckled, chips in the Laqure, rubbish left in car, cigarette ash in car, neither of us smoke, these scumbags are a scandle for the motor trade and has to be stopped. We paid £32,500 and it’s not acceptable we permenantly break down with the car, our car has spent more time in the workshop and on a recovery truck than on the road. All authorities have been informed, all legal and court action in progress. If you go there and buy a car, it’s your own fault.

Really good experience. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Car is running and driving perfectly so far. Wasn’t pressured into buying was allowed to have time to think and consider. After care is also excellent, definitely recommend to future customers who are looking to purchase high quality cars.

Bought a 21 plate bmw 3 series in Nov 2025. Within 5 weeks engine management light came one. Got it checked and it’s an expensive fix £1500.

Tried to contact Faris who dealt with this deal and he does not even bother to send a single reply. Stay as far as you can from these guys !!!! Scammers

Generally a good experience. The car is great so far and the second one we looked at. Polite staff, didn't feel overly pressured into buying warranty/ add ons and our enquiry about stocking finance was answered quickly. The only problem was the first car had a mechanical issue that wasn't picked up until the day we were viewing and as a result we travelled ~1 hour and were not able to see the car, maybe this could have been checked earlier.

I just bought my first car from Wasi we recieved amazing service and a great deal.

Asked for a holding fee and never returned it. Horrible customer service. Nothing but lies over the phone. Avoid like the plague.

Never got my holding deposit back. Just promises. Thieves

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from QPX in September 2025 after paying £100 deposit for a hold on the vehicle. From the beginning, the sales person was impatient and reluctant to let me take the car on a test drive, insisting that the car was "AA approved" I insisted I wanted to test drive and it was only for approx 2 minutes outside, at his request. I felt rushed and when I wanted to look at other cars to be sure in my choice, he said that this car had been secured for me and he would need to take it back and start the process again. After much reassurance made from this salesperson that this car was a good purchase and has passed a recent service and was "AA approved", I bought it and drove it home the same day. I was with my daughter and grandson and had to drive a hour and a half home to London. On the way, I noticed that the 2nd gear kept popping out of the gear shift and I had to keep moving it back. I was immediately alarmed but wondered if this was because I was not use to the car or if it was me not putting it into gear properly. I got home by having to hold the gear in place when it kept popping out. The next day I took it for a drive and the same thing kept happening except this time it was also popping out of 3rd gear and making a crunching sound. I contacted QPX and my calls went unanswered when put through to aftersales. Eventually I spoke to Omar from Aftersales who told me that he could get the car checked by their team and that it would need to be collected. I wanted to know why this was happening especially given the main reason I decided to purchase a car from them was the security of it being "AA approved" I was back and forth with Klaudia from aftersales, trying to get someone to collect this car for a duration of a week and eventually it was collected. I was told 2 days later that the gearbox needed to be replaced. I couldn't believe it! I bought this car outright and was told it had passed all checks and had been serviced and now to be told that there was such a major fault. I immediately informed Klaudia that I was returning the car and wanted a full refund. I was offered the opportunity to purchase another car from their dealership, which I declined. I had asked for a copy of the service certificate several times, including on the day but never recieved it.
I eventually received my refund after sending back the keys and green slip and had to cancel my insurance and parking permit. I have been waiting for a refund from DVLA for the road tax I paid for on the day of purchasing this car and was told by QPX that they notified DVLA that the car was returned to trade and I would recieve a cheque from them. After weeks of waiting and asking Klaudia for the date she notified them, she did not share this with me and has now stopped communicating. I managed to email DVLA yesterday and they told me that I had not been added to their list by QPX and so I would have to complete a form with my details and vehicle information. I hadnt recieved the log book from DVLA as QPX had not sent it off in that time I bought it and so they just kept the log book. DVLA had no clue I had in fact bought this car. Even though I taxed it in my name, this is not connecting with the information they have as the owner of the car.
This has been a complete shambles from start to finish and I would seriously advise you against purchasing a car from this dealership as the "AA approved" status mean absolutely nothing! It's a false claim and they have cars sitting there faulty and sales just want to ship them out fast. You just cannot trust what you will be told and its a gamble I would never recommend you take.

I bought my son his first car from this dealer thinking the AA approved logo would offer some reassurance. One week after buying the car I noticed the front discs were very thin and rusty so took the car to Halfords to replace them. Halfords told me the front discs and pads were the worst they had ever seen. So much for AA approval.
