I only went in to apply for a job I noticed online with them. I met a nice lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) behind the desk who passed me on to Jacob, who was very warm and friendly. I explained my situation being made redundant and gave them my details. I had only been home for around 3 hours when Jacob came back with a offer of a walkaround at a factory not far from me.
It seems they can't do enough to help and find work for you. Top Credit to the Quest Employment team. AA+++

Lack of communication with employees dont answer phone or respond to emails/ text messages.
Say one thing to you but follow through send multiple assignments that are wrong i.e different job types, pay,and shifts to what you signed up to and doing.
Fail to tell you that dbs checks will be done.
After leaving the place I was at no communication at all after they said they had other work I could be put forward for.

For a employment company you'd think they want staff not to draw them away!!!

I received fully professional training and quick assistance in finding a new job from them. Special thanks to Jackob. I registered on Friday, and by Monday, I had already started my new job.

If I could give a 0 star I would worst agency ever I couldn’t make it to my meeting on a day I was about to leave a message but they actually called so I told them over the phone and then I messaged asking if we can the date abit further they said to me we don’t wanna offer u any interviews or dates and they even blocked my number do not work with this agency!

I’ve been a contractor through them for a year and a half, and on MANY occasions I’ve not been paid. Last year, I went from being paid weekly, to not being paid for 7 weeks. When chased, they blamed other people and could not give me a timeframe for when I could be paid. I finished my final contract through them over 3 weeks ago, and I’ve still not been paid, despite chasing them about it multiple times. They either don’t reply, or tell me they’ll sort it that day, which they do not. I’d avoid at all costs if you’re looking for a contracting job.

I had a very strange experience with Quest Employment while applying for a warehouse role with B&Q.

Initially, I was told I could attend a warehouse viewing on Thursday. When I asked what time the viewing would be, the person handling my application (Lucy) avoided answering the question twice and only gave the time after I asked a third time. This already felt unnecessarily unclear.

Before even attending the viewing, I was asked to submit a large number of personal documents, including bank details. When I questioned whether this was necessary just to view the warehouse (not an interview), I was told it was a requirement from B&Q.

I attended the viewing and it appeared they were looking for a large number of warehouse staff. However, shortly afterwards I received a call saying I had not been successful because there were “stronger candidates.” This was confusing because there was no interview or assessment… it was simply a viewing of the warehouse.

Overall the process felt disorganised and not transparent, especially given the amount of personal information requested before any actual interview took place. I would advise others to be cautious and ask clear questions before submitting sensitive documents.

They are detailed and organised.

My experience with this company was fairly satisfactory. The overall process was easy and the service was acceptable. However, there were a few issues such as slow response time and communication could be clearer. With better customer support and quicker service, the company could improve a lot. Overall, the experience was okay but there is still space for improvement.

Very quick and easy to get started, allowed a flexible schedule with on day booking for the job and comfortable and affordable travel accommodation to and from location

Where please with time working through Quest Employment - Northampton. They got me job, kept me informed about any changes trough txt, and there admin did a brilliant job with having my tax code properly applied within first week. Thank you Jakub and whole team. Keep up the good work.
