Quest Employment Reviews

My son went to this employment agency and not impressed at all; the advisor was absolutely useless and needs sacking.
As a parent my advice to anyone is don't use this recruitment agency,

Excellant service

Quest is one of the best agencies in Northamptonshire. As a former employee who were handled by them, they were nothing but professional and supportive to me. I felt really valued. Big shoutout to Jakub and Rhiannon for always being so accommodating, you guys are a gem in the agency! xx

Quest employment is an amazing agency to work with! They are very nice and supportive!
I am particularly impressed with Kristine. She has been fantastic from the start of the recruitment process until now.
It's just unfortunate that due to circumstances beyond her control am not able to have regular work appointments. However I am confident that things will improve soonest!
Thank you so much Kristine for being amazing!

Jakub at the quest is the right person for this agency..
Always I'm getting text about my work on time and he answer every single call and email..
He is polite and helpful
Thank you Jakub

Avoid

all bad reviews are correct and it is quest as a whole not independent places.

Corby quest put job posts up in Polish or romanian which is a concern. Arent the employees supposed to pass a written English and spoken test, makes putting posts up in foreign, like you are not interested in English workers.

The fat one is a moody little green card dodger.

Seen more staff than the holocaust saw victims.

AVOID IF LOOKING FOR RECRUITMENT.

ADVERTISE PERMANENT POSITION AND DONT ENTERTAINMENT THESE PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS.

people are willing to work, the minute you mention this agency is your staffing choice. GUARANTEED people will look elsewhere than work with quest.

Always a pay issue.

and you told a client I quit, in the ploy for me to use my licences in a new contract you got.

If you are looking for staff they will use the company to get FLT licences then put the staff in rival companies.

Ask europa how many reach drivers quest got to go to new cold.

Knowledge is power AVOID as an employee and as a staff source

You will cry about it later

The team is incredibly professional, attentive and dedicated to finding the perfect match for both employers and job seekers.

The team at Quest demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Their knowledgeable staff provided clear and respectful communication, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Quest is renowned for their excellent service. They tailored their approach to meet my specific needs, making the job search process both efficient and effective. Their dedication to client satisfaction is evident in the meticulous attention to detail and personalized support they offer.

One of the standout features of Quest is their willingness to help with any queries. No question was too small or too complex; the team was always ready to provide thorough and thoughtful responses. This level of support made a significant difference in my confidence and success during the job search.

In summary, Quest Employment Recruitment Agency excels in professionalism, service quality, and responsive support. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and supportive recruitment partner.

Look after their staff :)

Rude unintelligent staff avoid at all costs

My experience is overall Great. I've had to learn the basics at my job, but now I'm happy and confident working here. Quest Employment has been always helpful.

Lovely people, very kind and supportive! Helped me to find a job next day! I am impressed! Thank you very much!

rang this company on the 27/06/2024 to see if they would sorted there act out. as i left a negative review i rang asking if there was any work which i have every right too as quest employment has my sensitive data such as passport id etc i gave my name and was straight away was told they wont find me any work as i was rude to staff which was untrue then was hung up on. i ignored this and was not going to communicate with quest employment anymore. 10 minutes later lisa had rang me harassing me over the phone saying i cannot ring quest employment ever again as i complained to head office regarding there conduct.
