Don't buy from QuikShip. Their toner cartridges are faulty. I purchased 4 and have had trouble with 2 of them. I'm almost certain the first one I had to return was sold to me empty. It never worked right. The black cartridge is supposedly good for 6000 copies. I have a personal printer in my office that is not a high usage printer. Within six months, the toner cartridge was not working. It is still showing as half used so there should be many more copies left. They refused to work with me. I will file a complaint with the BBB so others can look up QuikShip's record and not have the poor quality, poor service record I have experienced. I thought I could trust their service because they are a "Google Trusted Store." That's a joke, too. Save your money. There are toner stores out there that have a one-year warranty. QuikShip only offers 6 months because they sell no/low quality products.

I had a faulty drum for my printer which I use for business. They listened and responded pleasantly and promptly.

I have been ordering toner from QuikShip for over a year now. I am a serious comparison shopper and QuikShip has the best prices. We use our copier (RICOH Aficio MP C3300) extensively and I track how often we have to change toner cartridges. The toner cartridges I order from QuikShip last just as long as higher priced name brands. Even though I always keep enough toner around, QuikShip has always delivered my toner the very next day, so if I did run out...no worries. I would highly recommend QuikShip for your toner needs.

I am amazed at how quickly they get toner to me. I have a new business and they have more certainly made my productivity easier.

We had a glitch in our printing and when I called spent a minute troubleshooting with me, but then said our toner cartridge was still under warranty and they sent us out a new one asap with a return postage paid label to get the other one back. New cartridge working great!

I have ordered from this company a few times now. I recently had an issue with a toner we ordered, called them about it, and got it replaced without hassle. Now the printer runs just fine and have had no issues whatsoever. Customer service is excellent. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for more affordable options.

Constantly had problems with their toner. They shipped me replacements three times and had problems with all of those as well. Will never buy used toner cartridges again.

We saw the great price on the toner we needed, got the first shipment in and ended up being a "bad batch". We figured this out after 45 minutes of turning the machine on and off and taking the toner in and out. We then requested a return label and they mistyped our email address at ".neg" so we didn't receive that until a week or so later, then "they" ( meaning the warehouse people)needed to make sure we shipped back the product in the same form as it was given, which takes 7-15 days and when i asked if "they" have a number where "they" can be reached i was told "no". Our order was placed on 4/18/16 and still no sign of the replacement order. I called at 9:00 a.m Monday morning on 5/16 and the persons line was not taking anymore messages and I need to tell you that this person's number is the main line to contact someone there... Wish we would have read the reviews, never again...

I should have read the reviews and certainly wish I hadn't been in a bind when I had to do an emergency order for toner from this company. Their "100%" Satisfaction Guarantee is on their terms. They sent me two supposed identical toners, one of which was not compatible with one of our two identical copiers. That's a 50% quality rate. They refuse to send me the replacement immediately in order to indemnify me, but tell me I must do it on their time. Now, if I had a week, do you think I would have ordered from a company that specializes in quick shipping? They may be quick, but they are definitely not quality.

My order came and it was wrong. Each case was suppose to have 2 items in it and there was one. I called customer service. They said it was a misprint and the best they could do was refund 18%! Wow! Really?

I ordered a drum for my Xerox printer. The site it was compatible with my machine. When I received it, there were 2 pieces broken off the drum so it would not stay in my machine. When I emailed for a replacement part, they said it wasn't broken but the wrong part. I offered to send pictures of the broken piece and received some of the worst customer service from a person named Maribel. She just kept saying it was the wrong part and ignored the fact that it arrived broken. Do not order from this company. I am taking my complaint to the BBB and AmEx as well.

I placed my order on 2/23 for 1-day FedEx delivery, the screen said delivery date was 2/24; 2 days later I had to call to find out that my order hadn’t been processed. The young lady, Sophia, told me it had just been shipped (2/25 and sent me a tracking email that only said a label had been printed, not shipped); and that it would be 2 more business days, meaning today, Monday 2/29.

When I asked what about the 1-day FedEx delivery, she told me I could not believe what was on the order form! I specified FedEx and she said it was your company’s choice as to which shipper to use…So then why even give me a choice? Why not just say we’ll ship when we feel like it and with whomever we choose?

So it’s now 2/29, I’m still waiting for toner and the UPS web site says it won’t be delivered until tomorrow!! This is my 14th order, dating back to 2010 but I feel like I’ve been dealt with in a dishonest and fraudulent manner.

I contacted Customer Support and got none, only a meaningless email about them having the ultimate choice in shipping and that if I really meant what I said by clicking the FedEx button for 1-day delivery I WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL THEM INSTEAD. This is just wrong.

I ordered an item from them new and it came obviously as a used part. The part had a use count over 10k uses, the part had wear, and even more obvious, before I used it, it made a mess on my floor from the residue of toner from the past user. I shipped it back and asked for a replacement. I got yet another counterfeit part in the same shape. When I returned this one, their warehouse told me I was wrong and that nothing was wrong with the part, even though when I tried it out it printed with smudges as an old part would. Will not be buying from them again.
