First time ordering from the Lori Goldstein line. The slub long sleeve tee is really cute, but the hi/lo back hemline was so off that it looked like it was to be asymmetrical . $42 for a poor quality tee is a bit much...esp when Walmart tees are made better. I'm giving it another chance Lori,but please check your Quality Control dept.

I really wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing through qvc. Have ordered a coffee machine which was of considerable value. Waited in two days for the delivery to arrive but nothing turned up. Customer service have now told me they’re sending out a letter for me to sign! Can’t possibly be sent via email and I now can’t cancel my order either. So they’ve happily taken my money, admitted and accepted that the delivery has not been made - but won’t send another one or give me my money back.

I had someone hack into my QVC account (still do not know how as QVC won't answer any questions). I called them and told them about this and we changed my account password, my PIN, and even my account email since it was old anyways. I thought this was done and my account had been closed like the rep told me... Then 3 days later I get another email from QVC stating they received my New Order! I called them again (once their customer service opened at 7am) and informed them of this to which she said oh I'll close your account like it should've been and forward it to the Fraud department. Fast forward a few days later and many phone calls and emails to Experian, QVC, my local police for 3 different phone interviews, and 3 of my banks, I receive a call from QVC fraud to tell me everything I already knew and waste my time further while offering literally no solution. Their solution because they couldn't figure out how my account was being compromised still was just to close the account and told me to make another one if I want to order, like huh?

I originally had this account because I purchased something for my home in 2019 and it has sat dormant since. Now QVC is allowing random people to sign into my account and place orders using possibly stolen card info, and ship orders overnight to addresses in Chicago and Texas (I live on the East Coast). Now the scammers have their items since QVC couldn't even act quickly enough to inform UPS so they could hold the package - for the record I emailed UPS myself at their Fraud email and got a response before the package was delivered so it was indeed possible.

Given this experience it is my opinion that QVC does not care about their customers account and financial security as much as they care for their own profits.

QVC closed my Account and canceled my order with no explanation. When I called and spoke with a Customer Svc Rep I was told it was closed by their Security Dept. for may be Suspicious Activity. WHAT?

I had not shopped with them in 11 years (I found after the fact when speaking w/ the CSR) and when trying to log in I tried a variety of log in credential and/or opening a new account since I did not recall if I ever had an Account. Common practice!

In this 11 year time frame: my last name changed, my email and home addresses changed, my credit card changed and my phone numbers changed. Not unusually in 11 years for any one of those things.

The charge for the purchase went through with my credit card and was not bounced back (Pending/Hold status).

I had updated in my QVC Account this information and ALSO SPOKE with a QVC CSR who did the same. The Account was closed by QVC. The Account that had all the UPDATED and correct information.

None of this should be suspicious after 11 years since last purchase. NO help in getting the Account opened back because A.I. probably, or a human, couldn't sort it out. No attempt to make a wrong right on their part. No attempt to let common sense prevail. Instead, wrote the customer off.

I purchased the item elsewhere and won't shop or recommend QVC again.

I bought a Dyson fan and from the beginning there were issues. However, I was told when it would be delivered, but it never came and to this day it has not arrived. QVC check the village where the delivery was supposed to have been made, and are aware the number it was supposed to be delivered to does not exist in the whole of the village, and yet they have not refunded us. They even have the audacity to have now taken a second payment from my bank account. The treatment has been diabolical from them. I have sent back the paperwork they sent by email to be told weeks later that they never received it, that was until I sent a copy of the original then they changed. I complied with all requests and even then I was told that they still had to investigate further. Over the past month with numerous emails and calls I am still no further forward. My bank advised if they don’t refund they can intervene. So I think we have no alternative but to go down this route. This company has made me feel like a criminal, I really believe they think I stole it and not that the delivery company have done something not me. I have been a customer for years and now will never buy from this atrocious company again. Be careful when you buy from them you could be next.

There a re a lot of different products to chose from, shipping is quick and they easy pay option is easty to budget

On the 6 th July I purchased some garden pots . When they arrived the trellis parts were missing. I immediately reported this. I’m STILL waiting for the parts. I last rang qvc on 25 th July, I rang again to be told they’ve only just emailed the suppliers although qvc have had my money. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Whilst channel hopping, I came across a handbag sale on one of the QVC channels. There was a Radley Selby bag that i really liked at a reduced price PLUS an additional saving using a promo code - SALE20.
So I justified buying this bag for just under £88! Because, let's face it, a new bag is always better if you can justify it in you mind!
When i got to the checkout I kept having an invalid code pop up very time i put the promo code in, despite the fact that i went back to the TV to check i hadn't misunderstood and I WASN'T using the easy pay option either. The presenter actually restated the saving on the very bag i wanted while I was doing this so there was no misunderstanding on my part.
So, thanks for nothing. This has really put me off of shopping at QVC ever again.

Erst hat QVC damit geworben, dass am 06. Juli 2025 jede Bestellung versandkostenfrei ist. (Es hieß: „Aus technischen Gründen werden diese aber mit angezeigt“).
Trotzdem wurden bei meiner Bestellung die Versandkosten via Paypal mit eingezogen und bis heute nicht zurückerstattet!
Daraufhin mailte ich an QVC und bekam dann nach längerer Zeit die Antwort, die Bestellung wäre „versandkostenfrei“.
Häää? Ihr zieht die Kosten mit ein, erstattet sie nicht zurück und wollt mir dann im Ernst erzählen, es wäre ohne Versandgebühren?? Geht’s noch?
Dann dauerte es auch noch 2 Wochen, bis der Artikel endlich geliefert wurde. Zwar bekam ich von QVC eine Email mit dem Hinweis dass es länger dauert und sich entschuldigt wurde- trotzdem; hat man das etwa am Bestelltag angeblich noch nicht gewusst? („Artikel sofort lieferbar“).
Nunja, ich habe die Ware retourniert, weil von der Tasche die Innenmaße zu eng sind.
Mal sehen, wann über Paypal der Rückbetrag kommt…. Sollte dies auch wieder ewig dauern, lass ich es selbst über Paypal zurückbuchen.
Dies war meine erste Bestellung und gleichzeitig meine letzte. Sowas brauch ich echt nicht- gibt genug Konkurrenz auf dem Markt!

Ich habe am 20.06.2025 meine Ware zurückgesendet. Nach 3 Wochen mal nachgefragt, wann ich denn mal eine Erstattung bekomme. Es ist in Bearbeitung und das wird mir nun seit 3! Wochen erzählt! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Über 5 Wochen warte ich nun schon auf meine Erstattung. Über die E-Mail bekommt man überhaupt keine Antwort, da habe ich vor 5 Tage mal hingeschrieben. Wenn man anruft muss man mindestens 10 Minuten in der Warteschleife warten um dann von den Mitarbeitern angezickt zu werden, dass sie da auch nicht beschleunigen können und ich eben warten muss.

I had to place the order three times (waiting a refund each time) to finally receive it - almost a month of unnecessary hassle. Previous two orders were declined by QVC without contacting me because they didn't like that my billing address didn't match my shipping address (which is pretty normal in many cases - people move around often these days). It looks like this is their anti fraud policy but it is extremely humiliating when you are immediately treated as a criminal and have to prove you are not, it clearly violates the principle of presumption of innocence.

I kept ordering from them only because they happen to be the only place in the US who sells the original Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner docking stand (Floor Dok) as part of their V12 bundle. The stand is currently not available from Dyson directly.

I will surely not be ordering from them anymore if there are other options available (usually it's the case) until they make their policy less humiliating.

Placed an order for a Kindle e-book on 7/21/2025 that I intended to give as a gift this coming weekend. When I placed the order the EDD was Thursday, 7/24, but after it shipped on 7/22, the EDD was changed to Monday, 7/28 - 4 DAYS LATER! Now I don't have anything to give as a gift. I was a member of QVC for years starting in 1990, but stopped ordering from them and canceled my account several years ago due to the declining quality of their products, the outrageous price increases, and the orders taking much longer to receive. I was getting a fairly good deal on the Kindle, so I opened a new account, and ordered it. Because the order is now going to be delivered 4 days later than expected, I immediately closed the account and will NEVER again order anything from QVC. Personally, I don't recommend anyone buying things from QVC.

I have waited nearly a month for a refund I have emailed my details as requested still no response my advice is leave well alone.

Tried to make an online return. Said I couldn’t with this order. Said I had to call Customer Service. Called CS and held for 35 minutes to no avail.

Refunds - Don’t get me started.

HP laptop purchased Oct 24. Will not work per Technical specialist. He gave me HP warranty thru Nov this year. Said call HP to fix or replace. HP refuses and want to fix over phone. After 3 hours , they still refuse. QvC will not do anything either. They do not handle warranty on electronics unless purchased thru Allstate. Basically do not expect them to cover anything unless you spend more money for warranty. I'm done with QVC.

Today 18th of July 2025 saw QVC trying to sell and advertise XMAS merchandise.Yes in July.What is wrong with these people.Its as if they only live for Xmas.We are still trying to enjoy summer .Really sad and ill judged

I would have given no star but I am unable to do this .
Do not expect your refund I am finding QVC are making it very difficult.
I have proof of my item being returned emails are not being answered the emails are down they claim .
My first email with Evri proof of delivery did arrive with attached confirmation but no refund.
I was on the phone 45 minutes then told to await a form to attach my postage which I purchased from there site for Evri .
My parcel arrived the following day but they say it’s not there .
Also be cautious they want a letter who does letters in this day and age !!!
Do not loose proof of purchase .

Terrible service, I think its a scam, they take your money then claim the item has been sent then send you the money back.
Why would anyone normal person deal with a company like this?

Qvc doesn't send labels out now for you to return parcel ,so you pay £4.95 delivery and now it will cost me that to return ,Yet if you order 3 items they charge you individual postage ,Where they could put in one package instead of individual as you could be spending £15.00 extra for delivery
