Sad to say not happy with the service always had nice things to say not now cancelled seaweed off subscription now today they took the payment when it's cancelled then said will have to wait untill they get parcel back before refund so around 3 to 4 weeks for there mistake 3200 pound down not happy also so many or damaged goods sent out with the returns label with the previous customers details in the package and stating why they returned it they still sent damaged parcels back out to me also a purse with the customers bank details in sent out to me not good QVC I do not know what's happend but QVC has definitely gone down hill

I called QVC to ask about a charge on my PayPal account. They could not help me and advised that I call PayPal. QVC was charging me for the amount that I never purchased. QVC customer service is not what it used to be years ago. They are very unhelpful and unwilling to take the time to work through any issue you have. For a company that has presented themselves as quality value and service has gone downhill. The quality of their items is very cheaply made, and the value is way beyond what the prices should be especially for Kim Gravel items. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

If I could give zero stars I would. QVC’s customer service has declined so severely over the last two years. It is almost impossible to get through and talk with someone when you have an issue. And then, you are speaking to someone in India reading from a manual. What used to be an enjoyable shopping experience has turned into a nightmare.

Ordered a $500 air conditioner online and received what looked like a an open box with a damaged air conditioner. The cheap plastic frame on the air conditioner was badly cracked all the way around the frame. I had to transport the 60 pound box to the nearest drop off location for UPS because QVC wouldn’t pay for a pick up. Once I did that and the air conditioner had been shipped back I had to call QVC to get them to refund my money and they refuse to refund the $45 shipping fee for sending me a damaged item. I could’ve gotten a replacement item but there’s no way I’m going through that hassle again if they send me another damaged item. I will never shop with QVC again.

8-18-25 I got an email saying I placed an order, which I did NOT! I figured it was a scam email, so I ignored it. On 8-28-25 I got a call from QVC 1-800-367-9444 requesting I call them back regarding activity on my account. Then I was at work on 8-30-25 at my business, and logged into my PayPal account and saw I had a charge from QVC. So I called QVC from my office phone at 1-800-345-1212, and had them call me back as such a long hold time. They did, and I explained that I did NOT make this purchase, asked what I should do to get this corrected as I thought it was ascam. They said that was why my account was flagged and their customer service called me a few days ago. THEY told me to go into my PayPal account and dispute the charge. They would close my account so this wouldn't happen again. They said once I dispute it, PayPal would refund my money. I asked what to do if the item ever did show up, she didn't think it would, but I could call them back if it did. A package arrived from QVC on 9-2-25. My husband brought it home form work, and I contacted QVC yet again. I told them the package arrived, should I refuse it and put it back in the mailbox. They told me that the price was under some threshold for the item, and I did NOT need to return it. I said I am a 3x so an X-small is not going to fit.So she said to just donate it, that PayPal would refund my money, sorry for situation. So I gave it back to my husband, which he DID donate to our local Goodwill with some other items. On 9-22-25 I got an email saying QVC disputed my PayPal dispute, and I owe them now for the shirt. I called QVC, she said sorry, but I have to NOW RETURN the shirt or I would be charged. I said YOU GUYS TOLD ME I didn't have to as it was below some threshold, so I donated it. She then said since I did a dispute with PayPal (which THEY told me to do) I'd have to pay shipping for the return even if I COULD get it back. Which I tried, and can't. So I did EVERYTHING they said to do over a scam order THAT I DID NOT MAKE! I TRIED to return the shirt, but THEY said not to. I think they are SCAMMING PEOPLE placing FAKE orders to sell. Or maybe someone DID call and make an order, and they put it under MY name by mistake. But it SURELY WAS NOT ME!!!! I just want the refund as promised!

Terrible customer service. No way to resolve issues

Just to say that the live tv is also very varied.
Watching the usual Thursday show last night and I do likeRuth Langsfords products but it descended into chaos with the co-presenter thinking it was all about her. I switched off immediately.

Closing account and stopping shopping their , just over priced Chinese imported goods, delivered by the UK worse courier service My Hermes/Evri .
No guarantee once they have your money your goods will arrive in one peace especially any think fragile.
Tried it ,now prefer to go to the shops instead.

Said they delivered the product on a certain date. When I questioned the delivery because I have no products, they wanted to confirm shipping address, to which they said that's where it was delivered, and told me to check with my neighbors. I have ring cameras and they show no delivery on the day they said it was delivered. All the neighbors said they saw nothing and didn't pick them up. After several more emails and weeks they said that they just got approval to resend and then said it was delivered again. Again no activity on the ring cameras, no neighbor involvement, and no product! This company is a scam and at this point has yet to resolve the issue. If I could give negative stars I would!

The fake company posts fake tracking info so you think the package is coming. Then they argue your package got stolen. no way to actually track anything because they never ship anything

Their customer service is about the worst in the world. Their shipping charges are extremely high. Their return policy is awful; 60 days to get a refund. Unless you are buying one of their “house brands” of clothing prices are high. Prices on electronic packages are outrageously high; can be purchased for much less from multiple vendors.

I am really upset with QVC. I ordered the American Leather Handbag on 8/22/2025, order number 6608383443. Tonight I went to check the order status and saw a note on the order that said call customer service. After waiting 25 minutes I was connected to a customer service representative who said there was a computer “glitch” with my order and that she would have to contact corporate to see if the order could be sent. I have never experienced this type of situation before. My main complaint is that I should have been notified by email or phone to be made aware of the situation. I used to buy frequently from QVC, slacked off and was starting to buy again. However the poor handling of this situation has changed my mind. Because the customer service representative I spoke to couldn’t guarantee that I would receive the TSV handbag I requested that she just cancel my order. Ironically I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but QVC couldn’t bother to send an email requesting that I contact customer service. This is not a good way to keep customers.
Instead of allowing me to cancel the order a truly reputable company would have offered something other than I’m sorry.

Kundenservice mir Telefon Nummer gegeben vom Serviceleister damit ich da anrufen kann nur leider kein Anschluss unter dieser Nummer da will man sich selber kümmern und wird noch verarscht

Ordered an egg chair. Supposedly had 50 or more in stock. Was told I would receive the chair wirhin a few days. Chair didnt arrive so looked at my order and saw it had been cancelled. When querying this was told they were unable to get any more from the supplier -so they didnt actually have the goods to sell in the first place. Will never use again

Very disappointed with this new Laura Geller double take foundation. Very drying, dull and heavy on the skin. Returned as I will stick to balance and brighten. First time I have ever returned a Laura Geller product.

Kaufe gern Schmuck bei QVC und die Tagesangebote bei QVC an Schmuck. Uns sehr gerne auf Ratenzahlung. Da die Schmuckstücke nicht ganz billig sind. Nun ist es wieder so, dass das Tagesangebot innerhalb kürzester Zeit im Preis enorm gesenkt wurde und ich den vollen Preis noch in Raten abbezahle. Ich finde das nicht in Ordnung und werde jetzt nichts mehr bei QVC bestellen. Da hat man das Gefühl, betrogen zu werden und das Schmuckstück ist den Preis nach so kurzer Zeit nicht wert.

Item too big. Started retuns process which was so complicated I decied not to bother and cut my losses. Will never order again .

Cancelled my order twice. No way of contacting them. Very rude and weird.
