Following your reply I just rang customer care and told them what you said. The girl said there was still nothing she could do. I asked if she couldn't make the £10 into £15 as a credit but she said she didn't have the authority. I asked to speak to a superior who might have the authority but she couldn't put me through to anyone as she was WFH. She said she'd get someone to ring me back, but that could take 72 hours. I don't see the point of emailing you my order either as I have no guarantee that you'll deduct the correct amount or use the right credit card. I've had enough now.

When you call now you have to speak to someone overseas who u can't understand. QVC gave foreigners our jobs! Got my computer and called for free 2 yrs. tech support, spoke to someone I couldn't understand. After 45 minutes, many calls, many of them not picking up after transferring me, them telling me they don't do this, they need a receipt... I GAVE UP! (when you see the sell on tv they say call the number and within minutes it's set up) LIARS!!! 4 years ago, it took 2HOURS. I was not going through with it again! It should only take 5 minutes. They don't know what they are doing... and they don't care. Called QVC and they said there's nothing they can do either. I was STUPID to give QVC another chance! NEVER AGAIN, QVC!!! You won't be in business much longer anyway!!

The items purchased were fine and at a good price . The problem is delivery since QVC changed to using Evri delivery takes an age and there is no customer service , expensive items are frequently " dumped" on the doorstep in full view of passers by .

Mehrfach Ware bestellt, Bestellung wurde immer schriftlich bestätigt und zugesagt, Lieferung ohne weitere Info nicht gekommen. Und wenn ich die Bewertungen hier lese, kann ich darüber sogar noch froh sein....

It took years for me to discover I had been swindled. Read on to see why...
During August of 2009 (yes, 16 years ago) my wife saw a 14k gold necklace on QVC that caught her eye. I love my wife and like to buy her gifts that I know she will enjoy. What I don't like is to be RIPPED OFF. I bought the necklace which cost me $332 plus $9.22 s&h plus $28.15 tax for a total of $369.37.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago. My wife never actually liked the necklace much because it would sit awkwardly around her neck in that it wouldn't lie flat. She decided to let me give it to a jeweler I've used in the past to melt down the gold for cash, gold prices now being at a decades high.
The jeweler discovered that the necklace was a tube of plastic wrapped in a PAPER THIN layer of gold mesh. In fact, this necklace yielded a mere three (3) grams of gold total! I researched the price of gold in August 2009. Three (3) grams would have cost $95. Remember I paid $332 just for the necklace. Even allowing for reasonable retail markup I paid three times higher than the cost of gold at that time. What a rip-off! Also, the reason the necklace never "sat" normally around my wife's neck is because it was really a stiff piece of plastic.
My only consolation is that I never purchased anything else from QVC since 2009. God knows what kind of fraudulent product I saved myself from buying.
Please don't fall victim to these scam artists like I did. Steer clear of buying jewelry from QVC!

Bought an Elemis gift set...two of the items would have cost me more than the whole set. It arrived very quickly, so I am delighted.

QVC used to be my favorite way to shop. Not anymore! Their quality went downhill. Everything now cheap as cheap can be .

Just been on the phone to customer complaints today about my order for Shark Stratos Vacuum cleaner .... when is it coming ? To be told it was cancelled because the 3 payments was declined..... no other reason !!
I had a Toucan doorbell & camera on 3 easy payments this time last year .... ALL PAID ON TIME - NO PROBLEMS !! AND I have had other items on easy pay without anything being declined !! I have had quite a few orders over the years with them & have paid in full ( one payment ) for all of them !! Never even had an email from them ... got told by customer complaints to check my junk box / spam box as they had sent email ..... checked (with my wife looking over my shoulder) GUESS WHAT ..... NOTHING !!!! LIES , LIES , LIES !!!!!
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN !!!!
BE WARY , VERY WARY WHEN DEALING WITH QVC !!!!

A horrible company. They have no customer service skills at all. The most unhappy and rude employees ever. Rushing you off the phone after finally calling you back a week or more after leaving tons of voicemails and canceling your orders due to their system saying the billing address you have is incorrect when you have proof, but they still take your money from your account. They really need better practices and customer service

I have been a customer since 1993........1993!! I will keep this short ....... BAD policies, BAD for shipping and shipping times. There is a REASON QVC is losing money and they aren't listening to THEIR CUSTOMERS and do not even get me going on the hosts. YIKES!
I am done and they will not see another dollar from me.

I have responded to customer care, but customer care didn't respond back. I have ended up calling QVC and the girl who answered the phone was the only one who gave a damn!! Offered refund straight away, said QVC were only using EVRI, that's their funeral!!! Goodbye QVC!!!🤡🤡🤡

Nach der Bestellung eines E-Bikes, das ich am 16.9. erhielt, wurde dieses am 21.9. wieder zurückgeschickt, da defekt.
(nach Auskunft des Herstellers bekannter Defekt)
Leider ist es bis heute den 22.10. nicht möglich, mir meine bereits geleistete Zahlung
zurückzuerstatten.
Da ein Kauf mittels Barzahlung bei QVC nicht möglich ist und dieser Kauf nur mit Visakarte zu tätigen war, muss ich auch noch Zinsen zahlen.
Eine Bearbeitungszeit von mehr als 4 Wochen für eine Rückabwicklung ist nicht akzeptabel.
Auch mehrere Telefonate mit dem Kundendienst,
hatten keine Ergebnisse zur Folge.

I have purchased and returned many items. I learned today that not only do they charge $6.95 to return an item,they then charge you $3.50 on top of that. Over $10 to return items! Also, it is taking over 6-8 weeks to get your pittance back. I asked for an itemization of returns that have yet been processed for a refund and they can’t do that!! One must go in 1 item at a time to check it.

I am so done with QVC!!!

Returned two dresses that were different patterns but same size. Tried one on, did not fit so did not even try the other dress on, sent them both back straight away. When I eventually received my refund it was minus the original postage. When I queried this I was told by customer service it was because I had returned items that had been worn. This was so untrue I was speechless but customer service were completely unhelpful. I always found them to be very helpful up till recently but they have deteriorated and I most certainly will not be buying clothes from them again. It is too risky and too costly.

I placed an order on 10/11/2025 and it stated I would be receiving it by 10/14/25. I called on 10/13/25 because j noticed i was charged $5.50 for shipping and handling and the website stated free S&H. The rep stated that that was only good today so j wanted to cancel. On 10/15/25 I noticed my order is still oreparing and now arrival date us 10/17/25. The rel explained she couldn't cancel even though they are still preparing?? So I explained to her j would be refusing shipment. She proceeds tk lie to me and tells me to accept the package, open it, write a note or I would have to pay for shipping. WRONG ANSWER!! If I do as she instructed that will make me pay for return, if refused I don't pay. Be careful. These people are crooks.

Was intending to order a Neom set which was on a good offer, although might be old stock. The website is very misleading as states half price postage on subsequent items - I was ordering the same box, exactly the same and postage is still £7.90.
QVC sort out free shipping to your customers especially if it’s over £50.
Once again, I’m not ordering because of this.

On the website it said if you buy two products you will get one at half price postage well I got charged the full amount. I called and they said it was because they were different scents. I wish it stipulated this when you purchased I think I will not purchase again.

I have shopped QVC for years. I have seen them at their best and now at their worst. I do not regularly check my account. I did so last night and they were charging me for an item I never received. You may say that was human error. I reported this to them in July when they sent me someone’s order in California. They gave me a credit but for the past few months charged me for the same item! Their offerings are not like they were years ago. Check your monthly statements because the same thing might happen to you. Also, the prices are overly high for the items they offer.
