I've bought a several things recently. Everything has been as advertised. If one is an attentive shopper, there are tremendous deals once in a while, particularly electronics, gadgets, and such. I've had a package stolen from my front door and they've already replaced it, no questions asked. My neighbor stopped by a while back the day I was ordering a laptop/printer deal. When the office called to tell me I had a delivery, I went down to pick it up. There was an extra identical box. She had gone directly home that day to order for herself, and we're both very happy. The only caveat would be to look at what you're buying. If you're dumb enough to pay $25/lb for chicken, that's on you.

Attitude of lady really condescending, when I didn't understand something she just kept repeating it and wouldn't let me explain what I didn't understand and kept interrupting. Didn't get confirmation email of order cancellation even though I have been getting several emails about everything else. When I asked for confirmation email she said it was automatic and sometimes the system doesn't do it !! won't be using QVC again

I'm beyond DISGUSTED with QVC right now.
I'm a customer since 2008 and now they treat me like I'm trying to scam them. I sent back an item 6 months ago and now they claim they never received it and actually charged me for it. I called and they want proof I send it back 6 months later. What???
I don't keep the send back receipts that long. And if they never received it as they claim how come they didn't charge me 6 months ago. I have spent a lot of money on QVC. Talked to 2 supervisors and they said they would escalate it to corporate. Still didn't get a refund. Supervisors not friendly and understanding at all. So now don't now if I ever get my money back. Because they want to show me proof from 6 months ago.

I placed my first and last order on this website, they are horrible, they canceled my order, probably because they didn't have as much units of the product in stock, then proceeded to delete my account all together, I'm never buying from them ever again, absolute trash.

It’s fine buying from QVC and as they say you have 60 days to return AT YOUR EXPENSE which from experience can be pretty expensive and not necessarily comparable with the original postage

why do the hosts always stretch and pull the clothes?

I ordered a Susan graver tankini swim top,used my qvc card and easy pay.I received a plain navy T-shirt.Wrong item.Returned item and now have email telling me that since it(not even correct item)was on easy pay they are billing me in installments then will refund .Why am I being charged for the item I never received.i should have had the charge reversed,but chris chat rep just goes back to see your account

I don’t know exactly what happened to this company that used to be very customer oriented but it has gone way down hill. You used to order a product and you received it within the week, now it takes 3-5 days just to ship it. It takes another 10 days to get it. This has happened more then once so if you order don’t expect it for an occasion that is soon. It actually costs you to try a product so if it doesn’t fit, not as described or any product that they push with total exaggeration then you may get a refund but you DO NOT get your shipping back and you pay $6.95 at the lowest price to ship it back so essentially it costs almost $11 to try a product if not more. No wonder they are losing to Amazon and other retailers. Hosts are not like they used to be either. I have to say I’ve been a qvc customer since it’s conception and I am just about finished.

I will never purchase from QVC ever again. I bought Clark's cloudstepper sandals from qvc. I have to have this brand because they're made for people that have problem feet. I ordered them in black. It took them two weeks to actually ship my package. I was so excited to get my sandals. Upon opening the box, they were not black, they were beige, they were not even the same style, and they were completely different brand. So basically, they didn't have my sandals that I ordered, so they decided to just send me some random. Pair of sandals that are not even the same brand, style, or color that I ordered. If that isn't bad enough, when I called customer service they couldn't be more flat. No apologies, no excuses, no attempts to replace. They told me they send me a shipping label to send them back. So now, I have to figure out how to print a shipping label which I don't have a printer. So now I have to go somewhere to have it printed. I don't drive because I'm disabled. So now I have to pay for an Uber to a place to print the shipping label. I have to stand in line for however long it takes to get it printed. Now I have to get another Uber to The UPS Store. Stand in line for however long it takes for them to scan it in. Then they have to hail another Uber home. That's about $40 in Ubers. And about a half a day of running around. Not to mention, that I'm not supposed to be standing or walking for more than 2 minutes at a time due to my disability. But they didn't care anything about any of that. And that was the manager. She was rude, flat and unbothered. Never again will I order from qvc. And I will post this comment anywhere and everywhere I can think of online so others can see what I went through. All for something that was their doing. I'm not going to call the mistake because mistakes are unintentional. They willfully sent me the wrong item because they didn't want to give me my money back when what I ordered was no longer in stock. But the website said that it was. Just done!

QVC items are cheap, junky and way overpriced. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy recently! The quality is cheap Chinese -made junk that is overpriced and breaks after the 30 -day return period where you are out of luck being able to exchange or get refunded. Customers have picked up on this. I've also price shopped several items of interest, and found the same items at a lower price from other retailers. QVC is not Quality, Value, or Convenience whatsoever! It's none of that.

I have returned an item back on the 20th of April and not had a refund. It's now 3 weeks and rang customer service, they are now sending me a letter to sign and return to them. I returned it Royal Mail tracked. The letter will probably take over a week to get to me.

I posted several days ago after receiving a email asking how my delivery went , funny that as i had not received the items which i had ordered 2 bourganvillea plants costing over £64 with 2 lots of delivery charges as the order was split as system did not allow me to order different colours .The mail wanted comments on trust pilot so i gave an honest review .The response was to see the reply they sent and edit my post if acceptable and an email address for customer service so i replied giving the order numbers and what i see now as a ridiculous price as i had just seen the same items at Costco for £9.99 any colour and trelis mounted .I am still awaiting the items and also not received a response from their customer service ,Lesson learnt for me no more shopping on QVC who seem to offer no customer service.

Cannot leave a review of my items because unfortunately both separate orders are still with evri .
I have had trouble with a qvc evri delivery in the past so now seriously considering not ordering in the future because I simply do not have the time or energy to keep chasing items up

Presenters please stop telling me your Mother would love this product! I am a mother and grandmother and shop Qvc but the reference to their families is like shopping in M&S I may be old 79 but I want to be regognised as an individual with style and not catalogue bland!

Bought kitchen Aid Stand up mixer using Q card 1st time credit for discount was charged interest anyway even though payment was made on time and even though discussed problem with management they let me know they are still going to charge more interest even though item is paid off and if I have to will talk to better business bureau!! Big mistake in opening Q card account 😠

Well I got to say, is when I buy an electronic device from QVC, it in no way does it last. It’s like buying “seconds. Paying on my account, till done Amd will never come back. Don’t tell me about warranty extra, it’s a total scam. I bought a humidifier either from QVC and after 1 day didn’t work. I’m a senior who can’t drive to return, because it’s much for me to drive to the PO. Stop stealing our $. Never to buy from you again, as have done in many years. Sad and disgusted.
