QVC BAD EXPERIENCE
I ordered a set of shelves 2 weeks ago. I get a review asking me how I liked them. It's hard to review something you never received! Per the site, it was still sitting at QVC. Per customer service, it is still sitting there. I had to speak to a supervisor to cancel the item. I will find it somewhere else. No more QVC!

Truly, the worst online "shopping" experience since 1997. Their website and ordering system are completely idiotic. Multiple orders got cancelled without so much as a reason provided for cancelation. Can't change the name on the billing address (of all things!) online, have to call their "customer service". Can't use the same credit card from a different account. The list of stupidity just goes on and on... How do these klowns stay in business in the 21st century is beyond me

I saw lovely pyjamas by cosy home on line in four colours, I ordered one colour. They were so lovely I ordered one each of the other three colours. If they had some other colours I would be buying them too.
I have used this place twice
I have used this place twice. once 09/2024 for 1 year and again recently 01/2025 for 30 day both for emergency India Visa. In both cases it was issued less than 24 hours. This place gets results.
Why this is faster than just applying? They likely have API integration with the India visa system and so it goes faster in cue than just applying on website. The speed that it came back tells me it went through automated system in India without manual review of human.

Im Unternehmen QVC werden Kunden scheinbar sehr überwacht. Mir wurde ein Brief zugeschickt in dem man von ungewöhnlich hohen Retouren spricht und ich solle doch vielleicht vor einer Bestellung den Kundenservice kontaktieren?
Ganz im Ernst ? Das ist der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit. Wenn mir ein Artikel nicht gefällt, und nicht so ist wie beschrieben, dann geht er zurück, damit wirbt man bei der Präsentation im TV.
Also wenn von 5 Bestellungen 2 zurückgeschickt werden, ist das kein Grund für einen Brandbrief.

Evri is appalling at delivering parcels one of my parcels went missing phoned qvc to complain all I got was Evri have mislaid it and we don't have anymore in stock ,Evri sends you emails saying your parcel will be you between 2oclock and 4 o'clock lies lies lies it never happens, Been with qvc best part 20 plus years but time for a change afraid Qvc and Evri has ran it's course just to finish this off my parcel didn't arrive today at time stated in fact didn't arrive at all,Qvc sees all these negative comments and do nothing about it if everyone stopped buying their goods qvc might do something about it but don't hold your breath.

Just rang Customer Services and they said that it had gone missing and it was not delivered so my question is why was i not informed! Their Customer Service is so poor or non existant!
Excessively long shipping ..,
Excessively long shipping with no status updates from the carrier in over a week. When I made the purchase, the estimated delivery date from QVC turned out to be nowhere near the date provided by the carrier. I would never have purchased the item had I known that delivery would take 2+ weeks. If this was free shipping, I would understand why QVC chose the slowest cheapest method, but I paid for the shipping!
Quality
I have been a loyal QVC customer for many years, but recently I have become increasingly disappointed with several aspects of my shopping experience.
In particular, I have noticed a decline in quality and consistency, especially with items from Kim & Co and Ruth Langsford. Not only has the overall quality dropped, but sizing has become very unreliable. This leads to the added frustration of having to return items, which is made worse by the very high return charges.
Another ongoing issue is the lack of consistent email confirmation when items are returned. Previously, I always received confirmation so I could easily track refunds on my account. Now this is very hit and miss, which is both frustrating and concerning.
I also feel that many items have become excessively expensive. It seems that as QVC has grown in popularity, the focus on everyday customers and affordability has been lost.
Finally, I would really like to see the return of proper bedding ranges such as Northern Nights. These products were excellent quality and much missed. The current focus on Cozee Home does not compare to the standard that Northern Nights offered.
I hope lessons are learnt from feedback
Dreadful
I had an issue with a jacket that was delivered and was a lot smaller than the size chart listed online. I called up for a returns label and spoke to Joanne. Joanne spoke to me absolutely appallingly. She was aggressive, argumentative and rude. I am stunned a customer service rep would speak to me in the way she did for a simple issue that just needed a returns label. This has definitely made me think twice about ordering from QVC. Dreadful experience

dazu liegen uns leider keine genauen Angaben vor.
Aber der Hersteller muß doch wissen , was und wieviel enthalten ist ?! Der Preis wurde gehalten , auf Kosten von weniger Inhaltsstoffen ? Das vorherige gleiche Produkt hatte 4 % Weihrauchöl . Und aktuell nichts ? Wollte bestellen , aber ohne Angabe , nein .
First time withQVC: Big Problems!
Lots of problems with my QVC orders; wrong merchandise delivered, inaccurate accounting, no way to directly contact main HQ for complaints/grievances, no follow up communications. Customer service & supervisors were usually very cordial, said would send the”notes” taken of my complaints to “HQ” but zero response from them except a letter stating my account has been closed. Never ordered from QVC and will not again. From my experience, it is poorly run, the current CEO needs to clean up, restructure the internal processes so there is a clear communications path, consistency, reliability, accountability or turn it over to someone else who has a vision, is competent and cares about it’s customers and reputation. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company if they do not fix the mistakes they made on my orders.

On the weekend of Nov 29-30-2025, QVC had multiple presentations for an immersion blender, reduced price about $145., However, an "instant" price reduction of another $50 was offered if one APPLIED for a 'Q Card. I did so, though the issuing bank was closed until the next Monday. Next, I was told it would take "7-10 days" for the application to be processed. By then, the product offer would have ended several days earlier. Too, the BELATED disclosure the "instant" price reduction applied only if the Q card was used, which of course was not possible since that acquisition was in the future.
So I ensued to have several email exchanges with QVC's "customer care." In one, of 12-3-25, I stated I'd then apply to the waiting list for the color wanted, and pay immediately for the item with my own credit card. That was rejected. But I was also told later I could use the $ 50 to buy some other product, but not the immersion blender. Subsequently, I mailed a 12-6-25 compliant letter, coupled with copies of all of the aforesaid email exchanges, to the CEO. No reply has eventuated.
From a consumer's viewpoint,QVC was less than forthright regarding its on-air presentations of the totality of conditions necessary to receive an "instant" $ 50 price discount.
Missing parcel fiasco
Onus put on customer to provide all information MISSING PARCEL…..when all the information is already held by them after two previous phone calls to disinterested female ,with a casual attitude ………

They put a $113.14 hold on my card for a purchase on the monthly payment plan. Then they canceled the order completely without even telling me. I logged into their website to check delivery and noticed that the order had been canceled. I called them and they told me that I was not approved for the monthly payment plan and that the order had been terminated. It’s been over two weeks and they’re still $114 hold on my card. I’ve called them for five times and they keep telling me that they’re gonna release the hold but they still haven’t and that was my son’s Christmas money.
Poor Business Practice
When placing an order, it’s crucial to complete the “approval” for flex pay before proceeding with the order and charging the customer the first payment.
Imagine believing you’ve successfully placed an order, verifying the charge on your account, and then receiving an email informing you that your order was canceled. They then send you more information through chat, revealing that your order wasn’t approved for flex pay.
At the very least, there should be a visible and easily readable notification that you’ll be charged and that your order will be placed, but not guaranteed, and of course that the “authorization” for the payment you made will fall off sometime in the near future via your banks policy.
This is a very poor business practice, especially during the Christmas shopping season.

My disappointment with the homeward candle
Well I bought a home wax candle it was the dreaming of a white Christmas candle I ordered it I believe it was in September could have been august, but anyway I open the candle excited for the wonder smell I would be experiencing but to my surprised the candle had no smell none at all. What a let down I was so disappointed will not be buying homework’s ever again Shawn the host was ranting and raving about this can,de so excited to sell to people and was not in my option telling the truth
