Attrocious delivery and customer service

A great price but I still haven't received the product. QVC's utter ineptitude in attempting to sort it out is staggering. Four days of attempted deliveries and still they haven't managed to work out which my house is, despite the house name being prominent on a short street of less than a dozen houses. Having looked at the other reviews I would say avoid like the plague.

Challenging Ordering and Return experience

My experience ordering boots from QVC was very challenging from start to finish. I called customer service because 2 orders were placed with order confirmation numbers, but Google wallet was not working. While on the phone with customer service, I went through adding a credit card to make a purchase. But the billing address wasn't correct and there was no way to change it on my end. Customer service manually fixed the billing address and the order finally went through.

Got the shoes they were too small. Went through return process. The QR code for the label was not on the page when I went back a second time. During the return process it took me through selecting a UPS store for the return. I went to the UPS store selected and they said they needed a return label. Had to call again to get a return label mail to me which was for USPS. So I was at the wrong store. Very confusing after I filled out this paperwork for UPS store.

QVC’s systems feel seriously outdated compared to Amazon. Way too much hassle for one pair of boots. Good luck!

Should have read the reviews before…

Should have read the reviews before purchasing. This company just needs to cut its losses and file bankruptcy. The have been on a steady decline for years and they are almost sunk. All I wanted was a purse-that is it. Not complicated. But they complicated things. They sent me the wrong one-Sidecar Kelly Green is not remotely close to Cattarman Blue. They are making it "right" by shipping the "right" product but another week ish.

Der Laden ist das letzte u in Zusammenarbeit mit Hermes noch schlimmer!
Angeblich Ware zugestellt, Hermes fälscht Unterschrift u nun kämpfe ich seit Januar mein knapp200€ zurück zu bekommen.
Antwort mails haben sie mit einmal nicht bekommen, wo ich eidesstattlich bestätigt habe dass ich die wahre nicht erhalten habe! Alle anderen mails kamen an !!
Vill denken sie um so länger das hin u her geht gebe ich auf u verzichte auf meine Rückerstattung?! Bin kurz davor einen Anwalt ein zu schalten !

QVC Worse Loan Sharks! Easy Pays-Easy Preys their customers!

QVC Worse Than Loan Sharks!! Relative using shopping channel 20+yrs bank account recently hacked/ scammed substantial amount of funds, Notified QVC via emails/ customer care line been transparent all communication
No support what so ever! Staff do not respond to any emails over 1-month. QVC offers easy-payment options spreading into monthly smaller payments this enticing customers to buy more items due to smaller repayments which accumulates far more purchase than intended or need when purchases are multiple!
Very dangerous placing risks automatic payments being taken daily basis! Due to recent significant situation has opened our eyes. QVC must be held accountable to not offer easy pays to customers multiple orders!
Especially bumper offer weekends! QVC must monitor individual customers orders! Instead of placing too many automated orders without checking. QVC No customer care no responsibility to customers QVC and their staff have No empathy!! No understanding or care!
They have no morales should anyone is over spending can afford multiple items! Once payments set-up they have rights to all bank accounts customer owns / funds QVC automatically takes all set-up for purchases! QVC have no interest helping loyal customer to pay end of month. QVC staff members have No interest whatsoever foreseen circumstances difficulties. Even after speaking with customer care/ resolutions teams. I’m very disappointed unhappy how consumer shopping channels motivating nature targets mainly Middle Aged female/ women customers out of their money. Trading Standards, Which, Watch-Dog ? This tactic set-up should not be tolerated allowed 21-century preying on Humans emotional stressful situations etc..
Please anyone warning Do not use QVC

Postage is disgraceful why not put two items in one bag ?

Much as I love qvc , I have shopped with them for years .
I am getting really fed up with the postage charges .
I was going to order a couple of tops had them in basket went to checkout and they wanted £3-95 for each item to be delivered when it could have easily gone in one bag . It’s getting beyond a joke now . If they don’t change folks will go elsewhere…. The two items would have cost less than that to post .
Think about us QVC … valued customers who get nothing from you for the loyalty we have shown you over the years . …

Have an account but since my cards expired and have new ones, QVC do NOT EXCEPT them, so I can not buy anything, have informed them as it’s there end my bank authorised payment there side did not.

SO BE CAREFUL.

I bought nova pendant a while ago

I bought nova pendant a while ago, and a stone fell out, QVC kindly offered to replace the stone , I sent it back to their jewellery repair man on the 22nd November 25, he received it on the 6th December 25, to date , nothing has come back to me. I have called QVC several times, no one has offered any explanation except it takes 8-12 weeks to return the item, no one chased it up, although each time I was told it was being chased up, so I am in despair, I have asked for a refund as it is going into 13 weeks, and still they dont want to give me a refund, just again say they will chase it up. Terrible customer service if something goes wrong. All polite and lovely when you are spending money

I have been shopping with QVC for 30…

I have been shopping with QVC for 30 years and have had nothing but great experiences. I have ordered a lot over the past 30 years, from jewelry and clothing to household goods to food. Is every product spot on? No but they have a great return policy and it is easy. Personally, I am okay with paying for return shipping if I don't like an item, because the time I save by not driving to different stores all over town is worth it to me. When people comment on my jewelery, clothes or things in my house 80% of the time they are from QVC. They always seem surprised. Thanks QVC!

Here we go again....should know better!

I thought I would risk placing another order, after my horrendous experience with the last one. Jackie from the CEO's office had reassured me, and I thought lightening would not strike twice.
How wrong was I!
I ordered a microwave on Saturday and was thrilled that it arrived today, such quick delivery!
However, there is an issue. Some of the protective tape was SO protective, upon removal, it took some of the handle's silver coating off!
I contacted QVC, and as usual, the team I needed were 'busy' and I am now waiting for a call back. Looks like I am in the cycle of returning, waiting for a refund etc, etc. Same old story. The last refund took 3 months!
I have emailed evidence, all the usual protocol. All I want is a replacement.

Show us measurements with tape measure

I would like to see models actually showing the sizes they are wearing by using a tape measure. All we hear is she is 7’6” and is wearing . XXS small. Put on the screen what the hip or bust measurement is for a certain garment size. It would sure help us on what to order.

Definitely no recommendation from me.

Terrible, went to get something on 5 easy pay, only used a couple of times and always paid on time. Got an email saying all ok, paid the first payment only to then see the full payment gone out. I emailed to find out why, took 4 days to reply which is very poor and they just said the finance department to take away my option for easy pay. No explanation as to why and no explanation as to why they took it upon themselves to take the full amount before making contact to discuss what was going on.

If I could give QVC a -100

If I could give QVC a -100, I would. Ordered a ring, the size was wrong, returned it. I had to fight to get the credit to my account. Thank goodness I have my USPS receipts. When I called them, they were incredibly rude. Since the old crew of LR, DH, LM have left, QVC has gone downhill fast. Stay away from them...run!!!

Poor service

I’ve sent quite a few items back nearly 2 weeks ago. They were all presents but they were not what I expected so I bought them home. Sent them back. I’ve received two items back. Can’t see the writing onto see which one I’ve received because it is so small print even using the. Magnifying glass that I bought from QVC I couldn’t still see the writing. My eyesight is not very good as I’m a lady of 81. I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve sent the second order back. God knows how long that refund is going to take I don’t know what’s happening with QVC customer service has definitely gone downhill not buying as much as I used to
