The short length of cable I needed was not available at my local store, but came promptly by post. I would probably organise myself better to order click and collect next time in similar circumstances, but it was more convenient to pay the carriage charge on this occasion.

Good quality product that's easy to install & keeps the shed at an optimum temperature. Reasonable price & swift delivery. Highly Recommended.

Arrived next day no problems.

Ordered goods at 1pm one day and they were delivered approx 24 hours later. Goods were as I expected and well packaged. Well done!

I put an order in to this company on 21/01/16 and on the website all items were in stock. Received an email straight away stating my order has been dispatched only to receive another email an hour later saying it had been back ordered as one of the items were out of stock and would be sent on the 26/01/16 when the item returns in stock. I email for a refund so I could order elsewhere and had no response. I thought I would give them a chance being a reasonable sized company to which I would assume I would have had my delievery today 27/01/16. Still no sight of my items! I emailed three times yesterday to confirm if my order had been dispatched and had no response.
This company will happily take your money and offer free next day delivery if you spend over £45 and still keep you hanging about.

Quality product, simple to install and delivered next date. Cannot fault the service received.

I bought 2 Tesy wall panel electric radiators but the mounting was not, in my opinion, secure. Also they were fitted with moulded continental style 2 pin plugs which were not referenced on the internet advertisement. They had no earth wire but no electrical installation requirements at all in the leaflet and no statement in words that they might be double insulated. I sent two emails asking about returning them and after several days have not had a reply.

I'd have no hesitation using QVSDirect.com again but I have to hope that dispatching an aerial in a blue plastic bag which was too small (it split, risky loss of contents) and which offered no mechanical protection (I had to bend metal to get the aerial back into shape) was a one off aberration.

This was the first time I had used QVS Direct and it was so easy to order and the delivery of my order was swift sent through Parcel force who told me when it would be delivered.......Brilliant Highly Recommended Company

I ordered an extractor fan.
The order was delivered the next day.
The fan seems to work ok and as advertised. Whether it will give me a long service I obviously don't yet know.
The only slight problem is that the fan was a replacement and the cable entry was in the wrong place. I had to make a new opening in the back of the fan. It would have been helpful for the image of the fan on the QVSdirect site to have shown the cable entry position.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from QVS again.
