Disappointed it wasn’t packaged as I expected since I have radley bags
Great bag. I was buying for a special birthday present. I was disappointed it was not put in a radley box and no pink dust bag as provided.
I cardboard box it came in was a bit battered. Is there any chance you can send me the box it should come in or at least a radley carrier bag plus the pink dust bag.
I own several radley bags and feel the recipient of the bag would love it even more.

Problem with returning the faulty item. The issue between Radley and Royal mail was really disturbing.

I already have this bag and have had it…
I already have this bag and have had it a couple of years. When I saw it at a reduced price I thought it would be nice to have it in a different colour. However although the bag is a nice quality leather it doesn't compare with my older bag. The strap is a bit thin and is not double stitched like my original. Also the lining is a bit cheap and nasty. The centre pocket lined in a faux suede which is really naff. The other pockets lined with a canvas material, compared to the silky fabric with the Radley logo. So it is a good job this bag was reduced because it is definitely not worth the full price.

I’m very disappointed with Radley’s…
I’m very disappointed with Radley’s customer service. I placed an order, but after a week there had been no update and the tracking hadn’t changed. I tried contacting customer service through email as well as all of the social media channels listed on their website, but I received no response at all.
I didn’t just try once—I contacted them several times and still haven’t heard back. It’s really frustrating to be left without any information about my order.
This is especially disappointing because Radley is a brand I’ve always liked and trusted. I expected much better customer service from a well-known company.

Ruined goods
I’ve emailed customer service to complain but still await a response, the bag I ordered looks to have been run over, burnt black rubber marks cover the front entirely, I can’t believe it’s been posted that way. Why send completely ruined goods. Just a complete waste of time
