So pleased with my lovely bag. Quantity item. Perfect size and colour.
Delivery service was great, but the poor
box needs to be stronger. Rather bent.
However my purchase arrived in perfect condition.

Great Sale Items
Everything I ordered was well packaged and exactly what I asked for. Excellent quality as always and the sale prices were extremely good. The only thing I would mention is that I wasn't kept up to date when DPD didn't intially deliver within the hour time frame they gave me. Really awkward when it turned up later in the day after no update on times, was a gift for a family member, and they took delivery as I was then out. Not the fault of Radley of course but I do find DPD a bit hit and miss.

Nice bag
Nice bag, my only problem is the zip when closing.
It is hard to get to unless you pull the whole zip out, it gets caught down the side of the bag.

Bad design this year
Bad design this year. No signature metal dogs anymore, no zip for inside pocket, robberies just open the main zip and steal the wallet . Also, the strap is very easy to break !
