I rarely leave negative reviews, but feel it's crucial to share this from a place of genuine care to help others avoid an awful situation. My experience with Rainbow Roots Floral (who also owns a flower farm) was TERRIBLE regarding my bridal bouquet preservation. Initially, I was pleased, but upon closer inspection, I realized severe flaws. She used my original bouquet, which she allowed to die and crack before preservation, all without my knowledge. This, coupled with unprofessional communication, felt like a scam. Even more disheartening, despite owning a flower farm and having resources readily available, she flatly refused my request to redo the preservation to a proper standard. My bridal bouquet was an irreplaceable symbol of my wedding day, meaning so much to me that her complete lack of empathy for its ruined state was shocking and disturbing. My experience is thoroughly documented with photos showing the stark difference between their advertised work and my actual result. It’s
also important to note that my personal review and their entire Google review section appear to have disappeared.
Furthermore, when I've previously shared my experience, I observed coordinated efforts to challenge my account. My sole intention in sharing is to provide factual feedback based on my personal encounter, helping others avoid the heartbreaking loss of an irreplaceable wedding memento and the unempathetic treatment I received from this florist.
