Tom Is the best. He literally came out to survey the condition of my townhouse flooring 3 times and worked with me to come up with a solution. My concrete slab contains a high level of moisture and Tom helped me realize that the only solution was to tile the slab. Any other fix would have created the same problem I was trying to correct in the first place.

When my wife and I stopped by Ramtown's showroom, we were really impressed with the service given to us by both Nancy and Tom.

I would 100% recommend using Ramtown in the future if you are planning to restore or replace your flooring any time in the near future.

Very easy experience - we selected a carpet and got an install date quickly and easily. Nancy is SUPER NICE and very efficient - when she said she would do something, it happened. She was very conscientious too! Once it was time for install, Tommy contacted me to set the date - the workers came out and the install was perfect. This was our first time working with Ramtown, but we will definitely use them again!

I am certainly satisfied with the carpeting, Vinyl and the laminate recently installed in my home. Nancy and Tom were a pleasure to work with and their advice helped me to make better choices for my older home. I highly recommend Ramtown Flooring.

This company is top notch! From the initial choice of carpet to the measure to the install--each step, we were made to feel like we were all that mattered to them! Even special circumstances were no problem! Pam and Tom came out to the house and were with us each step of the way...especially when our entire house was done in one day!! We had a minor problem with carpet installation, one phone call and a representative came to check it out and send a mechanic to resolve the issue.

As soon as you enter the showroom your made to feel comfortable. Nancy and Pam did a great job taking their time explaining what floors would be best for my situation. they took their time and answered every question. Installation was done on time and my new floors look beautiful. the whole experience was such a breath of fresh air.
