I regularly visit Primark Oxford Street…
I regularly visit Primark Oxford Street for eyebrow threading and have generally been happy with the quality of the service. On my recent visit, Indira did a good job with my eyebrows, and I was pleased with the result. However, I have consistently found my interactions with Indira to be less welcoming than I would expect. On this occasion, I was initially told there would be a 25-minute wait despite no one else being in line, and then that it could be over an hour. I decided to wait nearby and found that the service became available within a few minutes. Similar situations have happened to me on previous visits, which has left me feeling somewhat unwelcome. I appreciate the quality of her work, but I hope all customers can receive a friendlier and more consistent experience.

Beautiful natural looking eyebrows!
Koryn did an excellent job, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My eyebrows now look really natural and are a perfect shape. I found her calm and reassuring before, during and after the treatment. I would definitely recommend her and the salon.

Shortage of staffing ridiculous.
I am disappointed with the Reading branch in Primark. I have lost count the amount of times I have come in and there's a shortage of staff in this branch...break times no staff. Today is no exception. I will not be renewing my threading bundle.

I had classic lashes applied for my cruise , at the time the lady said she is the fastest person to do lashes ‘ the glue on my left eye stung and was so clumpy she said it would settle down ‘ well a week later I had a terrible eye infection on my eye lid and it still there from April 6th I have lost eyelashes avoid this place please ‘ I have to go to my daughters wedding with a stye and no lashes .
