Ignored all of my emails asking about the confusing measuring instructions and I have been physically sick from these protein powders and one made me itch so therefore an allergic reaction - no response to my first 2 emails, so I cannot even chase for a refund!

Got the milk chocolate flavour, tastes great. No bloating no digestive issues anymore when taking whey, all thanks to raw sports whey protein!

Unfortunately I have not received good customer service from this company and I will no longer use. This would be the second time I have had delivery issues, I also never receive any confirmation email, also not in junk, having a long drawn out back and forth with Evri and customer service at RAW, seems my package this time is lost, as confirmed by EVRI. RAW customer service state there is nothing they can do when asked to cancel and refund, because at this point I have paid for a product that is not making it's way to me anytime soon. Apparently this is not possible...at this stage this is not my issue, the issue is between RAW and EVRI, not myself, the customer who is still without something they have paid for. RAW are happy to keep my money and don't seem that interested in actually giving proper customer service. I will continue to waste my time and energy to ensure I get a refund as I should. However be wary of using this company in particular if you are expecting good customer service.

UPDATE: this is the response I received re my package...this has to be a joke surely, but an example of what you can expect - it seems they will keep my money and are just not that bothered about getting what I've paid for actually delivered...:

We can confirm that the correct delivery address has been received this morning. We have contacted the courier to request an amendment to the delivery details and to arrange re-delivery of your parcel, although this cannot be guaranteed we are sorry.

Please note that while we have submitted this request, changes to the delivery address are not guaranteed once a parcel is in transit and remain subject to the courier’s acceptance..

As this shipment requires proof of delivery, if no one will be available to accept the parcel, we kindly ask that you select an alternative delivery option via the courier’s tracking page, once the tracking has been updated. Parcels cannot be left unattended and must be handed directly to a recipient.

A further update will be provided as soon as confirmation is received from the courier.

Delivery is always quick, they always have a good deal going and the quality and taste of the protein is great. I have stuck with this brand for years now after switching regularly with previous brands.

Mixes really nicely, a different taste compared to other unflavoured powders but it's not a bad taste (and yes I know it's unflavoured but they all still have a taste). Also good value for money compared to other brands! Will be buying again

Moved away from dairy products to this I love it feel great on especially because I had problems with gallstones, beware of dairy products whey protein

Love this particular whey protein i have a particularly sensitive gut, I have had whey protein in the past that upset my GI but so far so good with rawsport unflavoured unsoyed protein

Great company with communication sent back speedily when have needed it. I love the Whey protein powder and have it after a gym class. The chocolate one tastes delicious so I can also add it to yoghurts etc for a chocolate fix or hunger craves in between meals.
I also use the diet protein powder as a breakfast or lunch shake which is great for work or if I'm short on time. It is taking me a little longer to get used to the taste of this one but it has so many added benefits I am happy to continue with it.

Really nice creamy taste. Would recommend.

I bought this for my son who is 13 years. He has said that it does give him energy. He likes it that much he has it every day according to guidance on the packet . I would recommend this to any child with poor diet or have regular training such as football/other sport

and I still haven’t received the item. The tracking shows that Evri haven’t even collected it, which suggests it hasn’t progressed at all.

I’ve received no apology and no clear indication of when it will actually arrive just a standard template response saying they’ve contacted the courier.

As a first-time customer, this experience has completely put me off ordering again. Delays can happen, but communication and accountability matter, and unfortunately that’s been lacking here.

Delivered immediately within 48 hours and quality of products and ingredients is second to none!

Absolutely amazing product, it does make a huge difference taking it after a workout. I love the taste and the consistency. Highly recommended.
