Complaint Regarding Product and Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order. Within minutes of placing the order, I received an email advising that the Testo product with batch code 323.001 had inconsistencies in the blend. The message stated that all jars were being recalled and that full refunds would be issued upon return to your warehouse.

Despite this, I was still charged for the product and have yet to receive my refund. Furthermore, my experience with your customer service team has been frustrating and unhelpful, which has only added to my dissatisfaction.

I would appreciate it if you could process my refund as soon as possible and confirm when I can expect to receive it. I also hope you will review your internal communication and customer service procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.

I was mainly looking for something for my husband who does forestry/tree surgery and has long physically demanding days so needs not only sustained energy, but help for his 45 year old body to recover faster. Raw Sport not only gave me guidance and suggestions, the items they advised are working and my husband is already feeling the benefit 2 weeks in!

Product took a little longer to arrive than hope. I have now ordered the same product several times which suggests I am satisfied! 🙂

Great service, and my order arrived quickly. The taste of the whey protein is excellent, and not at all chalky (like previous protein powders I had tried). The only negative for me is that I’ve experienced some bloating and discomfort after taking the product. Think I need to build up slowly so have reduced the amount and frequency and hope this helps.

Great product really good value for money , without compromising on quality or taste

I ordered a plant-based protein from Raw Sport and was very disappointed with both the taste and texture - gritty, unpleasant and felt like I wanted to vomit every time I swallowed. When I contacted customer service, they responded but repeatedly refused a refund, citing company policy that contradicts UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I’m entitled to return online purchases even if opened, yet they dismissed this entirely. The product quality is poor, and the company’s disregard for basic consumer rights is unacceptable. I would not recommend Raw Sport to anyone - avoid and buy from a brand that respects its customers.

Fantastic, very personal customer service and great product quality. I’ve been taking this creatine for over five months now, and it really does the job. My energy levels are stable, my memory has improved, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. My gym sessions are super satisfying. I work out four days a week and would do more if I had the time. Absolutely excellent!

The salted caramel Repair is out-of-this-world good. I use it in overnight oat bowls and yoghurt bowls. Used to be a vanilla girl ... but I've switched to Team Salted Caramel!
