Raymour & Flanigan - Big Flats Reviews 

I just want to say that the Big Flats NY location has the worst customer service. I am not talking about the salesperson I am talking about the customer service people. They were very rude and unapproachable. I didn't even want to ask questions about the 4000 Dollars I spent. They treated the woman that was my salesperson like she was an idiot I was literally embarrassed for her. I also had an issue and needed to call the store to get help. The girl that answered the phone cut me off midsentence and said. " I cannot do this right now I will call you back" I did not hear from her again. I spent a lot of money at your store and to feel like I cannot ask a question or get help when I need to is horrible. I will not be buying anymore furniture from this location.

My fiancé and I were looking for furniture for our new place we were moving into and Mary made it so much easier and better! She answered all our questions and even ran around the store with us to different couches and gave us the sale prices, the prices of what everything would be if you rearranged them and only ordered certain prices and made sure we knew that it was no problem and she was happy to help us! Very very friendly and open and made our experience a lot easier! Ended up making a down payment on a couch we really loved and she made sure we could keep the sales price when we do come back to pay for it. Definitely coming back for any of our furniture needs!

I found a Recliner I wanted and was approved for the purchase. My Salesman Robert Snyder was helpful getting me the current discount and reminded me to purchase the extra warranty so I would be protected for 5 years.

Sales was great but people behind them not so much

It offers high-quality furniture catering to a variety of customer needs. Zeph, the furniture consultant, assisted us in purchasing a recliner and a queen-size mattress. He was very courteous, providing detailed explanations of the furniture functions, and patiently answering all of my questions.

We got good pricing, furniture was in stock and came within 5 days. Delivery tracking was great, helped me with my work schedule. The selection at the store and the person we delt with were great.

My salesperson, Tad White, is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I had to return my mattress, and Bradley Barnes, showroom manager, also showed me the same regard. Great store, and I will be using them for future purchases!

mason made everything very easy from his knowledge of the piece we were buying to the financing, to getting delivery set up.

I found a dining room set at a competitors store cheaper than what Raymour & Flannigan was selling it for. I called your store and talked to Patty Davidson at the Big Flats, NY store. She said she would check and get back to me. She called me back within 45 minutes and and said they would price guarantee it. I got it with the 5 year platinum warranty. Patty was very helpful and knowledgeable and it was done all over the phone. Thank you Patty for your time and assistance. It was a pleasure.

Just received our 3rd recliner. Because they keep coming with flaws, yet another one with a flaw. But the delivery guy didn't think it was notable. Sorry but if I can notice it, it is notable. Worse furniture ever. So glad they are removing it from the store so no one else will purchase this poor quality furniture. Look else where. I am sure you can find better quality.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The only bright spot was the kindness of Mason. I ordered a sectional on 10/17 with a delivery date of 10/26. The delivery date came and I had not heard from the store so I reached out. Apparently HD bank flagged my order as suspected fraud and voided my order. I never received a phone call or email regarding this so I had no idea. I tried to verify my identity over the phone but the questions the financing department used did not even pertain to me. They asked questions about people I had never heard of. So I had to drive to the nearest store, an hour away and show my ID. I had been without a couch for 4 days, thinking my new one was coming. I am now stuck without one for an additional 4 days because of YOUR ball dropping.

The sales person who greeted us when we walked in was very attentive and answered all our questions. She helped us choose the mattresses we needed and led us through the purchase making it quick and easy.

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Awesome communication.
