Ordered a coffee table online and chose store pickup. Arrived at local store and showed them my receipt and then drove around the side of building where a very courteous gentleman loaded my table. Very quick and easy pickup. Coffee table was a perfect addition to our living room and quality furniture too.

The salesman was helpful, but not pushy. I was given ample time to look around before deciding on my purchase.

Welcomed to store, saleswoman did not hover.

I have been looking for some time for a mattress. I was greeted by Robert. I was friendly and informative. From start to finished he listened to me.

The sales person was not pushy- allowed me to look but was immediately available to answer all questions.

Zeph greeted us as we entered the store and helped us in choosing a mattress and base. He was very knowledgeable and his approach friendly.

I just put a $300 Raymour & Flanigan desk chair out by our curb for free because Raymour & Flanigan does not stand by their products EVEN IF you have the warranty coverage. This is a wooden desk chair with leather inlays for the seat and back. It just kept separating and falling apart, no matter how I reglued, rescrewed, or tried to rebrace it. It is DEFINITELY our last purchase from Raymour & Flanigan. I wish I could attach the photos to show you how much I tried to keep this chair usable. JUNK.

I wanted to give a chance to R&F. While I knew the price was way higher than the price for the same furniture I'd found in Wayfair, I decided to purchase there, because of the effort and patience of the salesperson, who was excellent and made the visit a good experience. I received the furniture on time, but one of the pieces, a living-room side table, was not what I saw in the store. The table has uneven legs and doesn't stay balanced. I called the store asking to return it and the answer was NO! The agent on the phone started by saying that I signed a no-return policy and gave me a phone number to send pictures. That was not what I expected and ruined the whole experience. Last time purchasing in a furniture store for me.
