Raymour & Flanigan - Carle Place Reviews 

Mr. Manan in Raymour and Flanigan’s Carle Place, NY provided a great shopping experience and very helpful in a thoughtful way! My wife I were getting our bedroom furniture and sofa set for our living room. We were confused about the mattress and sofa, Mr. Manan was very patience with us and understood our need and got us the right mattress and sofa and gave us a very good deal. He was also very understanding about our delivery time and helped us with it.

I had an amazing experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Carle Place. We were purchasing new furniture for our new home and had the pleasure of meeting Salesperson MD. He made the entire purchase pleasant. MD went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Actually he moved furniture across the showroom floor as I needed to see a completed room. Unbelievable!!!! He even accommodated several visits including one with me showing up with paint samples next to furniture. He was patient, kind, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. If your looking for excellent service and you are buying in Carle Place ask for MD!!!

My husband and I made a big purchase last year and they stored our items until we were ready to receive. We hit a few snags along the way and our sales person, MD Mannan, helped us with the whole experience and made sure that everything went well in the end.
MD is very knowledgeable and patient. Look for him when you visit.

I purchased a sectional sofa at your Carle Place store. Working with
Jessie Lebhar was a real pleasure. She was so nice, informative and fun to work with. Also, very patient as I tried to find the perfect fabric. I believe that she is a real asset to your organization. I will look forward to working with her for future purchases I may make.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GOT A DEFECTIVE COUCH WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT. THEY GAVE ME A RESELECT CREDIT AFTER I SAID I WANTED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEN STILL CHARGED ME FOR DELIVERY AND REMOVAL OF THE DEFVECTIVE ITEM. ITS OVER $500 BEEN FIGHTING THIS FOR 3 MOTNHS. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY LIE AND STEAL!! I HAVE ALERTED THE BBB AND HAVE CONTACTED LOCAL NEWS OUTLETS BETTER GET BAQUERO AND 7 ON YOUR SIDE. THIS FIGHT AINT OVER!!

I don't have his name available but the person who spoke to us about the chairs we wanted was direct and friendly. He was able to answer questions about the chairs that we wanted to order which we could not see in the store.

We visited the Carle Place location and our salesperson was Shakeela Said. She was outstanding. We were shopping for mattresses and she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and “ran” the numbers with us several times with different pricing and financing. When it came time to complete the transaction, there was an issue due to our Lifelock security. But Shakeela was so patient and stayed with us through the lengthy phone call with the R and F credit department. She made an otherwise tedious process actually enjoyable. We will return to the Carle Place store and only see Shakeela in the future.

Jessie was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and pleasant to work with while we selected 2 couches and a rug. She was extremely patient and made the whole experience so pleasant. I highly recommend!

I was first apprehensive to shop at Raymour & Flanigan because I never done so before. I was met with a great sales associate, John, who made me feel comfortable to shop around and buy things. He even went above and beyond by showing me pieces that I can consider later down the road. He didn't have to take the extra time to do so, but he did. It was definitely a great experience and was a simple process. I would recommend to anyone.

It was great. MD was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out what we wanted in a very short time. Looking forward to delivery this week.

As soon as my husband and I walked into this Raymour & Flanigan - Carle Place location, “Shakeela Said” made us feel WELCOME! Her smile was what we were looking for - this was the second location within 30 minutes.
We had searched for our Living and Dining Rooms for a few days; so we had a pretty good idea about what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing what we saw online and more – an additional Sofa and Tables were added to the list, just because she showed us without sales pressure that it may be convenient for us. We were very much satisfied with the experience. It was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to leave the comfort of our home and purchase what we saw on the Web. She took time to show us all other possibilities, explaining our different options and giving us the freedom to choose.

My experience so far with Raymour & Flanigan in Carle Place has been excellent. The salesperson, Hayley Brumm was so helpful, smart, personable, and an overall pleasure to deal with. The store had a great variety of living room pieces to consider and I found everything I needed in one visit. I am currently awaiting delivery. It was easy to set up the delivery date. When I realized I don't have room for the two end tables I ordered it was very simple to cancel that part of the order. To do that I spoke with another salesperson, Josh, and he was most helpful.

Jessie Lebhar at the Carle place location was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us select the right mattress for us along with a bedroom set we fell in love with. When working with us she even collaborated with on of the managers Josh who also went above and beyond to help us.

Our in store experience was very good thanks to Hussein Elsayed. Hussein approached us immediately upon entering the store. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable about the items we wanted to see. He was patient and made our decisions fun to explore. And we closed the sales with him in a short period of time. Even after returning home and discussing our purchases we discussed what a pleasure was working with Hussein.

The salesperson, Hayley Brumm, was very helpful with our search for chairs and the volume of furniture offered many possibilities.
