We knew what we wanted from your web site. We entered the store and a helpful sales lady directed us to the sectional that we wanted. Our whole shopping trip took about 20 mins. We were in and out in no time and our purchase will be delivered in3 days. My husband feels your delivery fee is too high. Over all we are satisfied with our trip.

Easy to navigate. Large selection of products. Easy checkout.

Excellent customer service women by the name of Rosanne Rush, she is terrific, very knowledgeable and friendly not your usual pushy saleswomen. If you want to shop here, ask for this woman she is EXCELLENT!!

Teresa was very helpful at showing me the chairs that I was interested in. When I first went in I explained what I as looking for and she let me browse then answered all my questions, no pressure at all. Very pleasant experience.

We shopped at the Farmingdale Location. We had the absolute pleasure of be assisted by a sales Representative Named Jason. He was knowledgeable and listened to our likes and dislikes helping us to find our perfect livingroom. Jason is an asset to your sales team, I will return to deal with him for future Dining set purchases.

I ordered a side table to go beside one of the two couches I bought last month. I had bought this same table earlier, but needed another since I previously had a sectional. I went to pick it up on the appointed date, having to leave work early to get there before 5:30. It takes me half an hour to drive there at that time of day. I got there and asked the young man to open the box to inspect the table before I took it. Turns out it was not the table I purchased. After waiting another 25 minutes for them to figure out what went wrong, they decided it was mis-tagged in the warehouse and told me I could come back out on Friday and get the correct one.

Now I didn't feel that I should have to take time off of work and drive another hour there and back because they made a mistake, so I asked them to deliver it. The manager told me I would have to pay $85. I didn't think that was fair. I was a good customer and it was their fault I wasn't leaving with the correct table today. But the manager didn't care at all. I told them to give me a refund and I left.

I won't be shopping at Raymour and Flanigan in the future and if you are reading this you might want to take my experience into account before you go there too.

It's bad enough they stalk you the entire time you are shopping, but to not care about you once they have made their sale is just bad business.

Michael, the young men who helped us, was very nice and respectful. He did not mind at all to go around the store with us several times to help us pick the pieces we were looking for.

The associate listened to what I wanted and showed several options. Left me and my husband to walk around and continued to check with us. Did not feel pressured.

My sales person was very personable. She made sure that I saw every available option before deciding on the piece of furniture that I purchased

Excellent experience and total satisfaction with Fischer James the salesperson. James has helped us since January when we went to see him and yesterday 2/16/23 was no exception. Ver happy with his knowledge and professionalism. We were very happy with his approach and help explaining the whole process. We will definitely go again in the future and ask for his excellent help.

The process was pretty easy. I went to the wrong store at first. There are 2 stores on route 110. But after they took my name they told me I had to go to the other store. I went to the other store and picked up my dresser. They loaded it into my truck for me.

The salesman (Ken) was very professional, helpful in his suggestions and recommendations, and patient with all and any questions we had. Did not pressure us, and allowed my wife and I to discuss everything and come back a couple of days later to finalize our purchases.

The sales person was rushing me through the store. Even after I told her I am looking for a bedroom set but I’d like to see what else catches my eye. She kept telling me where to go and when I walked with her she thought we were in a race a practically ran to bedrooms as I continued to stroll and look around. I found a lamp and chairs. Would not have if I let her rush me to where she wanted me to be. I don’t like being rushed. She was too anxious and overbearing.

My salesperson was helpful, courteous and friendly. She listened to what we were looking for and what we didn’t like. We found a piece that was really perfect and she helped us select the fabric. She didn’t pressure us at all, and was very low key. Made our shopping experience great.
