Linda was absolutely wonderful! Not only was she knowledgeable but she was a pleasure to work with! She made it such a great couch buying experience!

On January 26, 2023 the salesman Jarbari Brown was kind & wonderful. He helped us with all our needs. The next day January 27 we went back for more furniture and Jarbari had the day off, another salesman Robert Bunnenberg helped us. He was kind & wonderful also.

From the minute we walked in the door at the Farmingdale South (1645 Broadhollow Road) we were greeted by Linda Catapano. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We had just bought a new townhouse and needed to furnish the entire home. Linda worked with us over 2 days and we were able to find almost everything. She even went on the computer and laid out the floor plan for each room so we knew how everything would fit! She’s just terrific. You’d think once you purchased all your furniture you’d never hear from your salesperson again. In Linda’s case this definitely wasn’t true. She helped us set up delivery, spoke to the warehouse about rushing a special order and just made everything appear seamless. The furniture set up beautifully. Everything delivered was perfect and we are so excited to be enjoying our new home.

Excellent. Are sales rep took the time of showing us many fine leather couches and chairs back and fort across the showroom floor and stood with us until we made our choice very pleased with the sales lady

The employees were respectful and helpful. They did not crowd me or follow me around the store (which I appreciated), and when I did have questions they went out of their way to help me.

The salesperson, Nick, was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what we were looking for and advised us that many items were only available online. Oops, lost that in the fine print. My husband and I are must try it out for size types and he steered us into a good outdoor set that was 40% off. Yeah.

Purchased a sofa & matching chairs. My salesperson, Ileen, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She offered assistance but did not hover and remained close by when we needed her. Her suggestions helped us to make our final decision. She also remained with us throughout the entire process through checkout.
