Always satisfied with my Raymour experience.

I was very satisfied the saleswoman was very friendly and helpful.
The stars are very confusing hopefully the star I chose was a high score.

Salesman was very courteous and had excellent knowledge of furniture and helped to guide us in a direction that we could see how what we picked would fit in our room…. He was very patient and fully explained the Protection Plan and how it would be useful in the review needed to use it in the future.

My experience with Raymour & was nothing more then GREAT.

Our salesperson Angel was knowledgeable about the products, patient and very helpful in choosing furniture.

Our salesperson, Kathy, was pleasant, helpful without being over powering. Found just what I was looking for with her help. My only negative was the cost of delivery. That seemed like high price for delivery of one chair.

Joe was great, we have bought a bunch of stuff since February. He spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable on everything.

My sales person Lou A was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’m already getting a delivery for one item.

Choices were good, salesman was great in describing what was available, Delivery was fast and efficient.

The salesperson William was friendly and helpful and knew his merchandise.
Allowed me space and time with no pressure.
I buy from him again and would recommend him.

Your sales person named Maria @ the Freehold NJ location was horrible, rude and incompetent. Maria never even put my order in… will never buy anything again.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Dot in the Brick store was amazing and helped with every question I had.

The delivery people were great, called when on the way and really took their time.

Great selection of furniture. Easy to order and quick deliveries.

I ordered my furniture online I was very pleased with the transaction. But I do have something that bothered me. I went to the freehold store first and I spoke to a sales person don’t know who it was. I told him I had ordered bedroom furniture two years ago and now I want to get another piece that matches for the bedroom set. The salesman looked up my records from two years ago. And said that piece has been discontinued they don’t make it anymore. I asked him if he could check and see if any other stores or the manufacture had it he said there wasn’t more. I went home went online and there it was the big as day on the Raymour and Flanigan website. So I’m not too happy that he did not seem to want to bother to order that for me.
