It was an absolute pleasure, no one was pushy, allowed us to peruse the grand showroom without any pressure. A real pleasurable furniture shopping experience.

Resectional
Yesterday evening I went to the Freehold location for a resectional. I had a wonderful experience with Victor who is the store manager. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was also amazing at dealing with myself and my boyfriend and how all over the place we were with trying to figure out what works for us and our small space that we have for a sectional. I would definitely visit this location again

Agent Provided us with directions to freely look around the store all the choices in the gallery, but he was also paying attention to any concern to help us getting the answer we need to find what meet our needs...
I got today agent answer to my December rating for his good service; but, this answer came after my request of changing the chairs due to the heavy weight to move it and our physical limit, I explained that your service setup all chairs nice before the holidays, and it wasn't until we try to re-arrange chairs when we found the problem with the weight and moving. what is the meaning of your reply with my comments about the good manners of the agent that did the service?

Dimitri was very pleasant and helpful. I liked that I was allowed to look around without being hassled and when I was ready for help Dimitri was there to answer my questions. We went home to discuss our options and the next day went back and requested Dimitri for our sale

First Timers with Raymour and Flanigan
The Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.
He spent a lot of time with us and we appreciated all his help. The salesman is Anthony Marcelli. Even being sick with a sinus infection he continued to help us and when all was done, walked us to the door.

Lou was very patient with my husband…
Lou was very patient with my husband and myself , as I looked intensely at every bedroom set .
I was all over the place . When we returned 2 days later , unbeknownst to Lou , he walked my husband and I directly o the bedroom that was on my heart all along .
That was my confirmation..
We purchased it and I can’t wait for my delivery .
