Great feedback regarding furniture selection

Great salesman very knowledgeable about the furniture and mattress. Took time with us.

Shane Pelaske was great. We felt he was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the furniture we were looking to purchase. My wife and I walked in looking at recliners only and purchased a recliner and sofa set. Looking forward to doing business again with Shane and Raymour & Flannigan.

Our salesperson, Reggie, was terrific. He helped us through the process of choosing the outdoor dining set we ended up purchasing. When there was a subsequent issue with the delivery date, he got right on it and resolved the problem. If or when we make another purchase, we will definitely ask for him.

Gabe was a very polite and professional and such a help guiding me through decision making!

It was a very casual conversation about what I was looking for. Reggie was able to show me online what I was looking for. He then submitted a purchase for me.

All together within the last 2 years I have purchased 10 different items from your store, I just purchased another ticket item this past weekend and when I asked you refused to work with me on some sort of discount not even a senior citizens discount NOTHING zero and even charged me for a delivery charge much higher than I paid 1 year ago for the same type of item same weight, but closer to your store you went from $65 to $165 come on in todays economy you should go out of your way to keep repeat customers happy

I have purchased other items at this specific Raymour and Flanigan. I was greeted by Mark, the salesman. I found him to be extremely helpful, honest and not at all overbearing. It is always a very easy experience purchasing furniture at Raymour and Flanigan. My only complaint is the relatively high delivery fee Especially since I just purchased one chair.

The salesperson Natalie took her time in making sure the mattress n pillows were the right ones for me. The salespeople went above and beyond my expectations. No pressure, I would definitely be coming back if i need anything thanks. Let's see how the delivery goes
