Raymour and flanigan is horrible the warranty is a scam I purchased a recliner with a 5 year warranty the chair broke after two years, They delivered another chair I had to pay for delivery and the warranty doesn't extend to the new chair horrible policy such a fake rip off .
Maybe the construction quality of the chair is no good and they know it.
Moving forward I'm going to advise anyone and everyone I know not to purchase anything from that business.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! DONT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!!! I bought a power sofa set from Brunswick NJ outlet. It was ok for two months. I had the fist ripped out in the middle seat. Tech support came to do the stitching and left. Then all seats went very soft. Not firm enough. I had use a pillow to sit. Asked for another tech support. They said its up to manufacturer standards. I don’t understand the manufacturer standards are with my added pillows. THEY FORCE ME TO BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN..
This whole thing is a scam.

It was an easy experience to pick a bedroom set and matrice. We had already decided we were ready to buy a new set.

My wife and I purchased a living room and bedroom set. Sam assisted us with that purchase and was beyond helpful.

William Sarmiento greeted us on arrival at our first visit to look around and was extremely helpful with our questions and style. After taking what we learned back home to check our space and coloring we returned to purchase and he continued to accommodate our changing interests and helped us choose the best features for what we needed.

Linda Tollis consulted with some of the numbers while we determined financing and was a joy to work with.

At our check out for payment and paperwork Donna Signorela worked very well with us and William to ensure we understood the details, timeline and payment.

From start to finish it was seamless, efficient, always with smiles, and never any pressure. I can hardly wait to have the beautiful furniture we chose in our home!!

I randomly stopped in to this location looking for a new living room set for my new home. I was approached by ALTON. There was no hassle, he helped and answered everything at my pace. I would HIGHLY recommend speaking with Alton if you have any furniture needs & will definitely use him in the future.

Noel did everything to help us find the recliner that would help our son with his recovery after a major surgery
