Sales associate Linda Tollis at Mercer Mall, Lawrence NJ was great. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Not pushy like some are. I would definitely refer my acquaintances to her. She’s an asset to your team!!

Bed shipped with wrong assembly instructions and hardware. Had to call 4 times to reach anyone. Voicemails never returned. Store couldn't/wouldn't help.

Replacements will take 4 days even after offering to pick them up from the warehouse.

My experience at Raymour and Flanigan was wonderful. My sales person was so accommodating and helpful. She was extremely patient while I picked from a wide array of colors and fabric types. While I did make a fairly large purchase; her knowledge and lovely demeanor contributed to that as opposed to the usual pressure I have experienced in other stores, other than Raymour and Flanigan. I will only go to Raymour and Flanigan in the future. While it may cost a little more; I am confident my furniture will last for many years.

Excellent service, helpful sales rep. He made it easy and was knowledgeable about the product and was clear as to what to expect from shipping.

I placed the order yesterday at the store and received exceptionally polite and friendly service that went out of their way to make sure I qualified for the delivery promotion. The furniture was delivered and set-up less than 24 hours later by equally friendly and courteous folks. The product appears to be exactly as described and I couldn't be more pleased.

Our sales lady (Kathy) was extremely patient and took her time explaining our options. She was not "pushy" at all and we appreciated her suggestions as we pondered through colors, design, etc.

Ken, salesman extraordinary, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, though I did not know myself. Since I was looking for a chair, and chairs are throughout the entire store, we had our work cut out for us. He pursued and we were successful.

We placed a special order for 2 couches in March. They were delivered early in May but without the throw pillows. On May 19, Hafida sent an email to the vendor. Now, neither customer service nor my sales agent, Hafida, can give me a straight answer. Hafida told me they’d be in by June 9th. On June 10, I was told it could be up to a 10 week wait for a special order. Was the pillow order not processed back in March? Was it just processed after my delivery when I called to inquire? No one is giving me a straight answer. I guess they have their money; I, the customer no longer matter. 1star for customer service.

Sales person Raj Gulati was nice and very helpful! Comfortable to talk to and deal with. He explained and answered all our queries patiently and was able to understand our choice and point out the exact sectional that we were looking for.
