Lisa Goodman was very knowledgeable and knew what we were looking to purchase. She was extremely patient with us, and very understanding with our concerns. We will definitly be using her again with the rest of the home furnishings in the future.

Terrific experience with Amnah - highly recommend
We had a terrific experience purchasing the Marisa living room set with Amnah C. She wasn't pushy and didn't follow us around. We sought her out when we had some questions and she had all of the answers. Super friendly and easy going. She knew everything about the material, the comfort, the protection plan and even measured the pillows for us when we said we would probably buy new covers. She assisted through the purchase which was super easy and seamless with the finance staff. Highly recommend Amnah!
Update - two weeks after the purchase I remembered that Amnah said to watch the price of the living room set because if the price drops we would get the difference. Yes, it dropped $700 and with a simple call I got the refund! Amazing.

Pick up day arrived. No confirmation it was ready. Called numerous times throughout the day to get the status and no one answered. Very inconsiderate, considering I do not live nearby.

Salesman Should Have Assisted Us
My wife and I stopped in at the Manchester store to see if the runner was at the store and to see if we could order it if it wasn’t. The salesman greeted us right away. We asked him about the Mercia 16ft runner and he stated that we had to purchase it online. He never offered to assist us purchasing it at the store. So we just left.

The purchasing process was pleasant but…
The purchasing process was pleasant but when it came time for delivery, they took my delivery off the schedule for an unknown reason and didn’t notify me. I had a planned delivery on a specific date and it didn’t happen. I then had to reschedule a delivery date for three days later.
Not acceptable customer service.

I wasn’t pressured by any sales people
I wasn’t pressured by any sales people, I was able to shop uninterrupted until I found what I wanted, at that point I located the sales person. The only thing I am very dissatisfied about is having to pay a $300.00 delivery fee after spending $8000.00 i feel that that should have been included

The warehouse does not pick up the…
The warehouse does not pick up the phone the only reason I was able to pick up at the warehouse is because somebody left the door open worst experience I ever had buying furniture for pick up I’ll never buy from R&F again I think they want me to pay 75 dollar for delivery when the piece I bought was only 99 dollars
