Michael McGill was a very good salesman. He was not overly aggressive. He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and I just really appreciated it as my last experience with Raymore and Flanagan was very foul and I was not expecting to be treated as well and I also really like the selection that you had.

Sales person was good and answered all questions. The big issue is we were supposed to get a gift card emailed for making the big purchase, still haven't seen one, not sure if we will get one or not, second time this is happening not sure if we will accept this offer again

Our salesperson was Chris Ritchings and…
Our salesperson was Chris Ritchings and he was excellent- can't say enough good about him. Where I think your company could greatly improve is in ending delivery charges. We spent $3400. in furniture and have to pay an extra $225 for delivery. Understand your costs for delivery are almost constant whether your truck is on the road or not. Your delivery people are on the clock regardless and it matters little if the truck you own or lease is on the road or parked. At least consider free delivery if a customer spends over some amount such as a $1000. or so. I almost walked when I heard the cost to deliver.

Joe the manager was nothing but helpful
We purchased a sectional three days ago and a sale started two days after our purchase. I called the Manchester, CT store and was put in contact with Joe. He was awesome. He told us about their 45-day price guarantee and has scheduled the refund to my account. Joe was funny along with being very professional, two hard trates to pull off together. Thank you Joe! Manager was patient and accommodating. Selection however, was limited and floor models showed poor quality and fabrication. Could not see much improvement or difference between the outlet and the showroom side. Even color options were very limited.

Great salesperson and selection
Randy Galetta greeted us and listened to interest on a sofa and loveseat he showed us the first one we were interested in and when that one wasn’t as comfortable as we thought it would be he showed us another. We bought the Carmine sofa and loveseat. Randy explained the fabric and how to clean it etc. never did he try to rush us for a decision. He was very patient answering all our questions as well. We can’t wait for delivery. Thank you Randy.

Quality service not a hard core sale
Initially we were approached by 2 sales staff with clip boards and it felt pushy! We were later approached by Andy with bottled water checking on us. His arrival was comfortable, very open and done in a caring way asking if we had questions. He educated us on options and listened to our goals. Our original plan was revised! We waited to return to finalize our purchase until he was working!!! We will return to work with him.
