We have bought furniture from Raymour’s in Nanuet 7 years ago and had a good experience in store and with the quality of the furniture…we returned to Nanuet as we just moved and Cindy was wonderful to work with..she is the reason why we’ll be returning to Raymour Nanuet when we are in need of more furniture

Sam or Sal was my salesperson. He said he has been employed by Raymour and Flanigan for about 16 years. I told him what I was looking for he brought me to the section for the full size bedroom sets. He spoke to the person that I was with when in fact I was the one making the purchase and spending the money. He said some thing about the mattress to her and I said we are not together and his remark was oh I thought she was your daughter.Rule of thumb, never remark on age or weight and I found his statement offensive. He then showed me a mattress that was over four hundred dollars more then the one I liked. Obviously he does not know his merchandise or his customers. He did not seem attentive and I would never purchase from him. I will be making the purchase in Nanuet with more respectful competent sales people.

Purchased a mattress recently with the protection plan so I could have the window to exchange if needed. After sleeping on the mattress for a month and then trying another mattress, we decided to exchange for a more expensive model. I went into the store and to be honest, the original salesperson kind of brushed me office and said I had to make an appointment with the manager. Was not thrilled about this, but a manager was able to see me and complete the exchange. My only issue is that the original salesperson did not tell me there was a $100 redelivery fee.

The service and knowledge about the products was great, and our salesman (Gary) was never pushy. He patiently helped us find exactly the pieces we were looking for.

Shopping at Raymour & Flanigan is always a great experience. There is always a wide variety to choose from, the sales staff is great, and the prices are so reasonable. Cindy is outstanding. She walked us around to show us all our options, explained everything to us in detail, understood our needs, and helped us determine the best furniture for our rooms. We are very pleased.

It was the worst experience ! Total bait and switch. Unprofessional and totally unethical place !!!
