Raymour & Flanigan - Natick Reviews 

I went in to purchase furniture for my new home. The salesperson was pleasant and helped me choose several pieces for bedroom, kitchen and patio totaling around $5k. She was unable to check me out and after an hour patiently waiting for her to compete the task I asked her to get help from a manager. This went on for a total of 2 hours and she was only able to complete one item check out. When I attempted to use my credit card at the customer service desk none of the credit card machines were working. I decided to cancel all the other items I had spent time choosing and my items I did order were sent to the wrong address and I am waiting for a refund that was initiated by a manager. An overall very disappointing experience and a total of 2 hours I spent on the phone trying to get my items I did purchase rerouted to the correct address, spoke a number of times to FedEx directly as well as agents in the store. I understand it’s a new location and there may be growing pains, but it was an incredible waste of time and energy and I will not be returning to the store again in the future.

Varied and extensive selection of furniture, competitive pricing and pleasant staff who didn’t follow us around the showroom all the time as in many places. Purchase went smoothly with personable staff also at checkout and delivery available at short notice.

Kevin G was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and knowledgable. He has helped us navigate a lot of questions we had about the process. He did not pressure us into any sales, and was friendly and upbeat every time we met with him. A truly great experience!

Beatriz helped us choose our bedroom furniture, and we absolutely love it—it fits our space perfectly. She also guided us in selecting two beautiful living room chairs along with a coffee table and end tables that completely brought our living room together.

Mark Shastany made my expperience at Raymour Flanigan OUTSTANDING. Mark showed me what I needed to see and didn't waste my time. He offered some suggestions and we figured out what would work best for my Mom in the 15 minutes I had to spare en route to the airport. He answered my questions with knowledge, gathered the info i neeeded to take with me all while training a new sales person. He treated the trainee with respect as he kept me as his main focus. His follow through blew me away. Not pushy but letting me know my cart and he were there whenever I was ready. We completed the transaction remotely and he made it very easy. I will recommend Raymour Flanigan to friends and family for their furniture needs based on my experience with Mark.

I just got out of surgery and was on my way home to Nantucket. We saw that store so we decided to come in. I explained to him what I was looking lucky directed us to exactly what we were looking for showed me some pluses and minuses of several pieces. I liked he was not trying to up sell me. He is great sales man. I look forward to dealing with him again. for all my Furniture needs.

Excellent service. Huge selection in this beautiful store. Every sales person is really polite, very helpful and not pushy at the same time. The selection of items is huge. The new store in Natick has two floors and elevator between floors. We would like to thank our sales representative Michelle Roseman. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable, very polite, friendly and highly professional. Besides her excellent work qualities she also has very nice personality. We liked this store a lot and can recommend it to anyone who's looking for great quality furniture. Thanks.

We were greeted shortly after our arrival by a friendly and polite sales associate who asked us a few questions in relation to our reason for our visit. He guided us through the store listening to what we were attempting to find and was totally successful in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for. He had a comforting presence which we hadn’t experienced in any other furniture stores that we had previously visited. Any and all questions we had were answered to our complete satisfaction. We would absolutely highly recommend your store to anyone seeking to make their furniture shopping experience to be that much better than the other nearby named furniture stores. Great job done by everyone we came in touch with during our visit.
