I am so glad to have this store close to my house! I have been a costumer of this store for long time ! Costumer Service is amazing !!

Very happy with our salesman, Joe, the Customer Care person who closed out the paperwork and our purchase overall.

I would have given this a 1 if it wasn’t for your warehouse employee who helped me load my stuff. My major complaint is that the Sales person, Michele, told me she would add value to my order by personally communicating with me on my order progress. Instead I would get calls that would show up on caller ID being her but instead be someone else at the store. She never ever reached back out. Terrible customer service and a big fat lie. Secondly, since I chose not to pay the ridiculous $200 delivery fee and pick up my furniture, I had to sign that my furniture was good without seeing it. They never took it out of the box which was good for me for picking up and transport but not good when I had to sign off that everything was ok. I could not see the product as it was very heavily packaged. Very poor process and unfair to customers picking up.

Our Beauty Rest mattress was delivered Sunday afternoon. We had a very comfortable night sleep. We are very satisfied with our new mattress and box spring. We would recommend the Beauty Rest mattress and box to anyone.

Our salesman, Mr Schmidt, in the Phillipsburg NJ store, was very professional and extremely helpful. We purchased a high end mattress a few months ago, then went back recently for some family room tables. Good prices and quality furnishings. No pushy sales. Will return!

I prefer your stores because I am not followed around the store by sales reps. My husband and I were able to have conversations about pieces without someone eavesdropping and when we had questions, we got fast answers. We came in and purchased same day because we got a great deal without haggling and good customer service.
David at the Phillipsburgh store, is an excellent sales associate. Whole process was done quickly and, we felt, very honestly!

Dave Schmidt was most helpful without being hovering or pressuring. We appreciated his help and demeanor.
