We had all our questions answered and help with our selection

I was very impressed with the salesman and the staff. There were a few snags in delivery but they were ironed out. I love my new furniture and will consider R and F when I go furniture shopping again.

My sales rep Doug is awesome. He knows the products he sells. I purchased items from him a few times now. I looked at many furniture stores and none of them compare to Raymore and Flanigan the discount stores sell complete junk at similar prices. R&F sells a better product, it’s in stock most times, and they have different price points so you can get a better product for a fair price very quickly.

The Salesperson, Mrs. Mary Rice, was very knowledgeable and most of all patient as we kept changing our choice. She was very accommodating and helpful to us. Because of her professionalism we had a very enjoyable experience. We would recommend her to anyone who chooses to shop there.

I was reluctant to even enter Raymour & Flanigan, because I assumed that they’d be out of my price range. However, I made it through the door and I’m glad that I did. My wife and I were pleasantly greeted by William Lopes. He asked us what we’re looking for and directed us to exactly what we had described. Initially, we were shopping for a reclining sofa and love seat. We ended up buying the set that William showed us, again, it was EXACTLY what we were looking for! William was not one of those sales people that tailed you through the store, verbally describing everything in front of you. He simply told us, “let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.” Giving us space and ample time to walk around and take a look for ourselves. We found a bedroom set that we were interested. We had questions. William came back over to us with 2 bottles of water, then answered countless questions for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products that he was showing us, especially pertaining to mattresses. I found William to have a very calming demeanor, which made this shopping trip quite enjoyable. My wife and I explained to him that we weren’t fully ready to fully commit to the purchase on this day. He didn’t turn away from us. He continued to help us out, without assuming that we were, perhaps, wasting his time. This took place on Good Friday. I contacted William directly, on Monday and completed our order. If you find yourself in this store, I highly recommend seeking out William Lopes. He’s a great human being and a fantastic sales person.
As of today, each piece of furniture that I’ve ordered has been delivered, which leads me to my commendation on the delivery team. These guys were prompt; careful; courteous. They did a great job!
After the fact, I went on to compare the furniture that my wife and I chose, to what looks comparable, on competitor sites. Not to crap on any of the other companies, but when you’ve touched a bedroom furniture set; or sofa, from R&F, and see the pricing of their competitors, you may, like I did, say out loud “THE AUDACITY”. I will definitely purchase from Raymour & Flanigan, whenever I am seeking any sort of home furnishing. Once again, William Lopes, THANK YOU, sir!

Extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and thorough.

The store is very clean and organized. We went for recliners and they had quite a bit to choose from. We bought two recliners, hoping they work out. Our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable.

Anthony (store manager) and Bob from the Stroudsburg, Pa store took care of my wife and I with selection, price and delivery needs.

I have not recently received any new furniture. I don’t know what this email is all about. The only thing recently that I have been trying to order handles for bedroom furniture that has fallen apart since I received this furniture in 2021. I had been waiting over a year going back-and-forth with Raymore Flanagan in reference to these handles and have received absolutely nothing. It came to a point where I had to just have my money refunded back to me. My furniture is still sitting in the bedroom, which consists of two nightstands and a dresser, with no handles on them. I’m using string to open the drawers. It’s really disgraceful.

Our sales person at the Stroudsburg location Ray was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about various features of chairs, sofas and dining arrangements. He was very helpful in what we needed to consider and the product attributes and quality.
We had some ideas formulated and Ray guided us thru the purchase including a modification after our initial deposit. His colleague Doug also was helpful when Ray was not available.

Rachel really helped me narrow down what would work best for our space and living environment. From start to finish she was with me through the whole process. Very professional and helpful as she knew about every piece of furniture in the showroom.

Warning ....do not buy from here ..Me and my wife have spent a ridiculous amount of money in this place. The last time they really messed everything up. Not just once. 6 times. Major issues that hsbf impacted our lives greatly. First they sent the wrong item 3 times. Took work off for the delivery. Then sent damaged merchandise 2 more times. Worse yet they charged without us knowing 3800.00 for nothing which brought us over our credit limit. We were closing on a home at this time. It had to be put on hold bc of this. A few weeks later they then charged 7500.00 which really put us over the limit and we lost the house we were buying bc of it. Still this has not been taken care of. Noone would help us after many calls and stopping in. Bc of this they denied a rightful claim on damaged furniture to be replaced bc I guess they were annoyed they we called and stopped in. I've gotten a lawyer. Do not buy from here they are a nightmare. Super nice when buying but forget it once you walk out and they have the money.
