I completely regret ordering from Raymour & Flanigan Stroudsburg branch. We placed an order on 12/28/2024
for mattress with adjustable base and king size bed. Mattress and base were in stock and scheduled delivery for 12/30/2024. Bed we were told expected back in stock at 01/05/2025. We agreed to spend few more days on a bare mattress with the base, though it's very uncomfortable. Then came 01/05/2025 and after checking the status of order it says: expected in stock on 01/12/2025. Next week it says expected in stock on 01/19/2025. We don't know when it finishes. We don't sleep (very inconvenienced and uncomfortable) Never ever again we 'll go to shop at Raymour & Flanigan Stroudsburg branch. New update: just checked order status and now it says: back in stock on 02/01/2025. I'd cancel everything all together, but became the hostage of Raymour &Flanigan because when base with mattress was delivered, my old mattress and spring box were taken away. So people, beware of Raymour & Flanigan scumbag predatory practices and don't become hostages like me. UPDATE: They did deliver it a little bit early than latest status, but decorative plugs from headboard are missing. Now contacting Raymour & Flanigan about this issue, which absolutely didn't improve my rating.

The website is ok but still needs the store experience
The website is ok but to be honest, I needed to go to the store and see the furniture before I could buy. There were no customer reviews for any of the pieces I was considering and really no way to assess how the consumer felt about their purchases. Also, I never got an email confirmation or any follow up. There is some work to do with the online store for sure.
