I’ve been a customer for many years. Im always welcomed when walking in and asked if I need help. If I don’t and need time to look around first I’m given time. Friendly and professional people. No pressure!!! Your store HAS EVERYTHING one needs and wants for their home. Ive never walked out and not bought something. I get compliments all the time the first thing I tell them I bought at Raymour&Flanigan‘s. Not just the furniture, but the wall art and other decorations. Awesome staff, furniture and store!!!

It was nice to be able to walk around and explore without being disturbed by a sales associate, but also when I was ready to make a purchase there was one waiting to help .

Tom was the best! He showed me so many options to help me find exactly what I wanted, and ended up finding s manufacturer that offered so many customizations that I'm confident that what I ordered will be a good fit. He knows his products and represents your company very well.

Easy for me to search for what I was looking for, review ratings and specs, and make my purchase decision. Communication has been great so far in terms of delivery.

I ordered on line and paid for it on line. So easy. I was then sent an email with delivery times and date (the following day).

We have had an ongoing issue with a recliner we purchased back in September 2025. The recliner was delivered in late October 2025. From day one there has been an issue with the mechanism. The service technician has been to the house twice. There was a part placed on order. I have called customer care a number of times, left messages, etc with no response.
I stopped into the Liverpool NY store and spoke with customer care. I was supposed to get a return call that day with an update. No call back!
I'm giving one star only because the customer care representative was nice.

The company can improve by not ripping people off and denying their Platinum Protection Claims.

What's the point of paying all that money for a 5 yr plan for the couch to break before a 1 yr u use the 5 yr plan yet u can't use it again if that same piece breaks again.???? Then I gotta pay $75 to have it delivered after paying almost 5k for the couch. I'll never buy from yall again.

We told our salesman, Jerry Hunt, exactly what we were looking for in new living room tables and entertainment center, and he immediately showed us more than a few options with no hesitation. We were able to pick out 4 really nice pieces and were done in probably no more than 20 minutes.

Ordered king size bed frame almost one month ago and still not in stock after I drove to warehouse to pick after being told it was in and ready to be picked up Originally was told it would in 5 days after purchase. Same excuse after numerous calls - it will be in end of week… Now they state early January to be back in stock. Requested refund and receipt list couldn’t do because it’s an online order. Ridiculous and wasn’t even offered a slight remedy or consolation.

Brie was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous! A pleasure to work with.
