Ordered king size bed frame almost one month ago and still not in stock after I drove to warehouse to pick after being told it was in and ready to be picked up Originally was told it would in 5 days after purchase. Same excuse after numerous calls - it will be in end of week… Now they state early January to be back in stock. Requested refund and receipt list couldn’t do because it’s an online order. Ridiculous and wasn’t even offered a slight remedy or consolation.

Ordering online was very easy, but even after a week, there has been no phone call to establish a delivery day and time.

Website and selection a breeze. Online purchase a nightmare. Purchase was flagged by their poorly configured cybersecurity application. Question for the Company's Online Security: "If the purchase is approved by my Credit Card Company (USAA) why would you prevent the transaction?" Anyone with a single functioning neuron would realize that is not good for your business model. Your customers should not have to schedule an appointment with Raymour & Flanigan's corporate proctologist to obtain approval for a transaction.
