We were greeted (not immediately, which was very nice!) by a friendly salesman. He was helpful with my request for a daybed. They did not have any on site, but he suggested I look at their website. He informed me they had several options.
I did just that, and I found one I liked and ordered it.

Jerry hunt, was very personable and listened to what we wanted. It was a no pressure informative experience. Even when we said we needed to go home and measure our table he didn’t pressure us at all.
There was another man that helped us place the order, and he was also great- he remembered what fabric we had decided on from the day before!
Definitely recommend!!!

Easy to purchase...quick delivery at exact time promised and very professional delivery men.

It is nice to work with knowledgeable sales people. Lori was wonderful to work with.

Colleen, the sales associate was very helpful and patient with me. Colleen showed me exactly what I wanted to look at. I really like the fact that she wasn't pushy in trying to make me make a decision right away.

Sabina was very professional & informative. She was vey patient but efficient helping me to choose my furniture & mattress/boxsprings. I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door during my 2 recent visits & felt no sales pressure. Just a very positive experience

The information and data that our sales rep had and patience while we were making a huge decision on getting a new mattress was fantastic .

The only reason I gave a one star is because I had to get the box to respond. Delivery guys tracked mud into my house and walked across my new carpet!!!!! Please send me claim paper work, Raymour will be covering the coast of cleaning

Tom Stearns made it a pleasant experience. I was struggling with the quality of the furniture vs what I had picked out somewhere else. He listened to me and worked with me in what I was really looking for. He did not push me into making a decision and let me work through my decision.

While I appreciate the salesperson who got our living room furniture to us by the holidays… the 2 sofas we purchased are made differently. I was informed today that Raymour & Flanigan has no control over manufacturing differences or batches as to when they were made. So there is nothing they can do.
I know what they could do to make it right since we’ve only had them about 3 months… replace the mismatched sofa!

So if this is how you want your customers treated I will shop elsewhere in the future.

We had a pretty significant order so I don’t think replacing the one sofa that doesn’t match the other sofa or chair is too much to ask for.

Rather than argue with an employee who can’t think outside of the box…. I’m hoping this gets to the ears of someone who can help. I will follow up on this.

No high pressure sales. He spent a lot of time trying to learn about what I needed and wanted before trying to "sell"

All the stuff was polite. My sales woman was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly couldn’t of asked for a better sales person. The whole experience was wonderful. This was in Liverpool, New York, and her name was Sabina. She was wonderful.

Bought a headboard and footboard for my king size bed the footboard was wiggly they came out and replaced it saying the plastic bolts did not hold! Now it is happening again obviously defective and they won’t do a thing to stand behind the product saying the manufacturing warranty has expired! Obviously it is a defective design for it to happen again and they do not care! Will not be purchasing anything from them on the future!!
