Cracking site this
Cracking site this - I found everything I needed for the service companies associated with buying a house, including their trustpilot ratings. They all contacted me and I had the opportunity to compare and contrast.

AGB Removals - Very bad experience
Very bad experience. One Removal guy turned up drunk from the night before, they dropped my mattress, uncovered, onto a wet drive, dented my fridge, dented my PC case, damaged a studio monitor, broke my tumble dryer, and damaged the floor in the new place.
Over £600 worth of damage (with quotes) and their "insurers" would only cough up a paltry £100 in compensation.
To add insult to injury, the boozy worker took a sly dump in my new toilet.
UPDATE Jan 2024:
Moved in October, put the claim in back then, still haven't received even the paltry recompense offered.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I just wanted to check online some quotes for a removals service and in less than 5 minutes after submitting my information I received 2 phone calls, one email and one text message from different companies trying to sell me their services! I then called the website to ask them to delete my data and they said they would do so, but even after this conversation I received another three phone calls from other companies trying to sell their services to me. Horrible experience. i wouldn’t recommend to anyone

They did not provide the lowest quotes
They did not provide the lowest quotes. I tried two times and 7 different companies came up 4 in one search and 3 others plus a duplicate on the other. I then did another and one came up for £349 including VAT for a homebuyer. Why were they not always coming up as £40 cheaper than the next best quote???

Thought I was getting a price…
Thought I was getting a price comparison online and I have been contacted separately by around fifteen companies. Not ideal and a lot to respond to. Wish I had just found a few local trusted firms myself.

Aggressive companies
I'd prefer if I could choose whether companies receive my details. One or two companies in particular have been aggressively chasing for me to get back to them - but I have blocked them. But it has made me wish I never used the website.

Easy to use and get 4 instants quotes
Easy to use and get 4 instants quotes. I read reviews and was followed up by the companies, several times very politely and then chose one. The top reviews aren’t up to date in all cases, look below on the trust pilot ones which were better. We’ve gone for the cheapest quote which we wouldn’t usually but the difference was quite big so if extras from outside such a the leasehold company for providing info it will still be highly competitive

Great website
Great website. Gave me lots of quotes and lots of options to choose from. Only problem was that some of the quotes I got had some things missing that we needed and so the quotes were quite lower than expected but otherwise, the companies were sometimes rated 4.5/4.7 on Trustpilot so think there could be some good ones there!
