I worked for Re-Bath (Panama City location), and I strongly recommend doing your research before signing anything.

Commissions were reduced through chargebacks that were not clearly explained, sometimes calculated at full retail pricing, sometimes over retail pricing. In multiple cases, this resulted in little to no pay—even after generating significant sales.

There was no consistent transparency in how earnings were calculated, and when I asked for clarification, I was terminated the next day. They cited “ performance”, but I had just been recognized days before for being in the “ Elite 150” nationally, and sold 21 remodels in 9 weeks. They are now refusing to pay me my remaining pay ( 17k), but they are still paying a former male employee, terminated in January. 

If this is how employees are treated behind the scenes, it raises serious concerns about how business is handled overall.

Ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before moving forward.

We had a very disappointing experience with Re-Bath (Lowe’s bathroom remodel contractor). My wife and I were interested in a partial bathroom upgrade, specifically a double vanity installation, associated plumbing, a new closet build, and repainting. We were not looking for a full remodel or a new tub/shower.

Despite this being a reasonable and clearly defined scope of work, our appointment was canceled (by Re-Bath) simply because we didn’t want a full bathroom overhaul. It appears that Re-Bath is only interested in high-dollar, all-inclusive projects, rather than meeting customers where their actual needs are.

This lack of flexibility and customer focus is frustrating, especially coming from a company partnered with a major retailer like Lowe’s. Not every homeowner needs or wants a complete remodel, and it’s disappointing to be turned away for a smaller, but still meaningful, project.

If you’re looking for anything less than a full bathroom renovation, don’t expect much support here. Re-Bath doesn't want your tiny money. Their only interest is getting into your home, and selling you a bunch of unnecessary work!

We met with a Re-Bath sales rep yesterday in Rocky Hill CT. The gentleman's name was Tom Little, he was well prepared, professional in presentation with full knowledge of the Re-Bath line and options available for repurposing our wet area. Unfortunately, the major concern we had was reducing the stepping height to get in and out of the shower area could not meet our criteria. We have every confidence that shoul a potential client meet with Tom Little they will be treated knowledgeably and professionally in all aspects of a a bath remodel. Albert, did a fantasic job installing our new vanity and lighting. Explained in detail on what he was doing. Even gave recommendations on were we needed to install our light fixtures so it didn't interfere with the new mirrows we were installing.

About 3 years ago, I had my bathroom remodeled with Re- Bath and at first, I was impressed with the job. The location that did the job in specific was in Tampa, FL.
I recently contacted the customer service number, and I was directed to call the Orlando, Fl location at (407) 917-4939.

The customer service representative who took my call informed me that the Tampa location went bankruptcy and it is no longer in business and that the company is under a new ownership and the Orlando location will handle all business.

Upon completion of the job, I was told by the Re-Bath Sales Representative that in the event that I have any issues in the future with the bath, I have lifetime warrantee for the job. The reason for my recent phone call on February 9, 2026, was to express my concern with the rapid deterioration of my recently remodeled bathroom.

First of all, the two shelves they installed in each side of the tub are detaching and we hardly put any stuff on them.
Secondly, the caulking that was used to seal the bottom of the tub was not of a good quality and it has mold and black spots all over. Instead of being white it is turning yellowish and we have been using the products the technicians recommended to clean the entire tub.
I was told that they will send a technician to assess the situation within 2 or 3 days since the job is still under warrantee and it has been more than 10 days since I contacted them.

When trying to contact them to address my request the call goes straight to voice mail and they do not bother to call back. This is the company that in order to gain your business offers you promises and then when you need them to file a claim or complaint they disappear, avoid you and ignore you.

With all of this being said, please be very cautious about choosing the right company to complete any type of projects for your home. I invested a large amount of money to get this project done and this is what I get in return. Please read the reviews before you decide to move forward with this company or any other.

I will not recommend Re-Bath to any one for their lack of integrity,
and high cost.

The crews that came out were friendly, polite, very professional but lacked in going all the way to doing a great job. For example, the electrical switches and plugs were not left flush with the wall or crooked, the toilet paper holder was installed between 2 mirrors and the toilet paper was left to sit on the floor next to the toilet. The hanger was moved but only after all the drywall and painting was completed, it’s not noticeable because we have hung a picture to cover that spot. A water line was moved and had to be run through the ceiling which is the attic, all the insulation was removed but none replaced so the first cold night the water line froze, we now run a space heater in the toilet area to keep it from refreezing and are making arrangements to have insulation added because Re-Bath said the insulation would cause moisture and black mold.
Not happy with the total job but at least I now feel safe taking a shower although being disabled. That is why my wife and I spent all that money.
Would not recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience of remodeling my bathroom to a walk-in shower was one of dealing with
professional, knowledgeable individuals which made it very easy to make decisions and end up with a beautiful Walkin shower.
Matthew the installer quietly and efficiently went about the process.

We hired Re-Bath to install a new shower—a project that was by no means inexpensive. Upon completion, we immediately noticed that the shower was not draining properly. Water consistently pools on the right side of the shower, and if not cleaned every few days, mold and residue begin to collect.

We contacted Re-Bath about the issue, and they sent someone out to inspect the installation. The technician took photos and confirmed during testing that the water was indeed pooling—indicating the shower base was not properly leveled during installation.

After that visit, we did not hear back. When we followed up, Re-Bath returned our call only to tell us the issue was our fault due to "unlevel flooring," even though they had torn out all the original flooring as part of the installation. They claimed there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. When we explained that was unacceptable, we were told the company President would be in touch. That call never came, and we’ve been left with no resolution or compensation for a faulty installation.

We are extremely disappointed with Re-Bath. They have not taken accountability for their work and have made no effort to correct the issue. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They do not stand behind their service and are not responsive when problems arise.

I needed a new tub. I went to Home Depot and was told re-bath puts them in. Re-bath only works with their products. Apparently Home Depot doesn’t sell any tubs, if their installers is re- bath. They did install the faucet, so I guess the company in my state does plumbing. When you turn on the shower the water mostly comes out of the faucet. I would say bad water pressure with the Moen faucet. The city came to inspect and passed it. They should have checked out the plumbing. Re-bath does not warranty the plumbing job. Now I have to call a plumber. Advice: after work is completed turn on the shower in front of installer!

RE-BATH OF MONETT MO. WE WANTED OUR BATHTUB TAKEN OUT AND JUST INSTALL A SHOWER. THE INSTALLER WAS DALTON, HE DID A NICE JOB, BUT HE DROP A TOOL IN THE SHOWER PAN AND DAMAGED IT. HE FILL IN THE AND SPRAY PAINTED THE AREA.HE SAID, AFTER IT DRIED IT WOULD BLEND IN. WE CHECK THE NEXT DAY AND THE COLOR DIDN'T BLEND IN. I TEXT DALTON AND NEVER GOT A REPLY. SO, I EMAIL HIS BOSS AUSTIN AND I GOT A REPLY THE NEXT DAY. AUSTIN SAID, THEY WERE HAVING A MEETING THAT SAME DAY, AND WE GET BACK TO ME THAT EVENING. I NEVER GOT An EMAIL OR CALL FROM AUSTIN.THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, AND DON'T STAY BEHIND THEIR WORK.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Howie Rappoport from Re-Bath, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was efficient, friendly, and incredibly kind. Howie made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. He was always punctual, clearly communicated every step, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the remodel. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. If you're considering a remodel, do yourself a favor and ask for Howie—you won’t be disappointed!

Rebath has a very charming sales pitch that helps you get past how expensive they are. Their contractors are very clean and polite. Unfortunately when they delivered and installed the wrong color counter top they wouldn't make it right without more money and a 10 week delay. We stopped their services at this time. We cancelled and asked for a refund on part of the job. They gave the refund. They didnt use paintable caulking around their shower install causing more problems. They mentioned but never provided warranty information. They refused to itemize charges.

Our bathroom looks fabulous. The look is modern and sleek. We love the flooring, the vanity top, the shower, everything is beautiful. The workmanship is top quality. The fixtures are great.

I was remodeling my master bath, and I wanted a company that handled all aspects of the project. I had a fantastic experience working with Marvin, the installer, and I have to say he was a dream to work with. Not only was he professional, neat, and detail-oriented, and left the area clean, and he answered any concerns I had throughout the project without hesitation. I would recommend RE-BATH for your bath remodel. This company and the employee get a 5-star rating in my book.

They did an outstanding job, going above and beyond. They were not only highly skilled but also showed great respect for the property and the residents, ensuring they made the necessary adjustments. Their work was fast, efficient, and truly exceptional.

We were generally happy with the work they did, but the crew left a huge mess and didn’t fully repair what they demolished. There was also a disconnect between the expectations set by the sales person and what actually happened during the remodel with the workers. They also completed the work several months after they initially protected when we signed the contract to have the work done.

Communication was amazing throughout the whole project. Met some great people that did an excellent job from first day of consult to the last day of remodel!!!!

Rob came in and did a beautiful job. A remodel I had waited 14 years on. It was a process that was done fast and efficiently. I personally feel they don't have enough options for you to select from as far as fixtures. And this was very expensive, now keep in mind this was a small bathroom.

I hired [Rebath] to redo my shower, expecting a quality job based on the discussions we had. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. After the project was completed, I encountered several issues that have not been resolved despite numerous attempts to contact the contractor.
1. Communication Issues: I have sent multiple messages regarding problems with the installation, but I’ve received very few responses. When I finally did hear back, the contractor was dismissive of my concerns and stated the job was done, which is unprofessional considering the unresolved issues.
2. Installation Problems: The ledge separating my shower from the tub is not properly pitched, causing water to pool instead of draining off. I also found out that the shower door was measured incorrectly, which allows water to leak onto the shower pan, potentially causing water damage. These are both basic issues that should have been addressed during installation.
3. Concerns Over Mold and Structural Integrity: Despite being told that the rotted subfloor and black mold-infested insulation would be replaced, I have no proof that this was done. In fact, I suspect only a partial repair was made to the subfloor, which is still visibly damaged in certain areas. Moldy studs were sprayed rather than replaced, which raises significant health concerns.
4. Lack of Accountability: When I raised these issues with the contractor, they refused to provide the photos of the work I requested, leaving me with no way to verify that the job was done properly. Additionally, leaks have already appeared in the ceiling beneath the shower, which suggests improper sealing or installation.

At this point, I am left with a shower that does not drain correctly, potential long-term damage, and unresolved mold issues. While the contractor offered a lifetime warranty, their unwillingness to address my concerns or provide transparency makes me question the value of this guarantee. I would not recommend this contractor based on my experience.
