Rebel Nell Reviews

The jewelry is beautiful, but the story behind it is what makes it special.

Rebel Nell is THE BEST! I appreciate their attention to detail and customer service, as well as the beauty and quality of their pieces. Absolute favorite place to buy gifts for those I love!

You were very helpful in sending website and looking for size 7 rings. You also applied 15% coupon to my purchase, after it was pricessed

I loved the charm but I lost it the 2 time I wore it. The clap was very cheap. That is the complaint I have, now I have no charm.

The product was uniquely made in-house from materials found in the Detroit and Michigan areas.
The purpose was inspiring, to assist women who are marginalized.
The employee at RebelNell who we met and worked with us, was friendly, interesting, and knowledgeable about the merchandise.
A wonderful experience in every way.

Lovely rings and a piece of the grand hotel that I have and given my best friend one as well.

Awesome philosophy and business message. Their pieces of jewelry are authentically Detroit with fantastic meaningful themes. Hudson's and Comerica Park collection hold a special meaning for me.
Fun fact that I learnt; Nell=represents Eleanor Roosevelt and what her dad used to call her. Rebel=the rogue mover and shaker Eleanor Roosevelt was then and now!

I have a Detroit Zoo bracelet and now a Detroit Tigers bracelet. Both are high quality pieces and very cherished. I couldn’t be more pleased with them and the extremely fast delivery. So grateful to have both pieces ❤️

Came downtown on a whim looking for a particular bracelet. The two employees I spoke to were so sweet and helpful!

Easy to order. Great ideas. Great owner!

Beautiful pieces, Detroit history, and wonderful customer service all in one place! Can't wait to find more for presents in the future - everything is super gift-able and unique. Highly Recommend.

It was loads of fun creating and our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and charming. I can’t wait to receive my creation and have enjoyed wearing my earrings.

Great service, beautiful jewelry

Fantastic lady helped us!
Enjoyed the experience a lot and just got the jewelry in the mail yesterday and it was beautiful!!!!

You did an excellent job fixing and replacing my Hudson bracelet. Customer service was expedient and outstanding. Sadly, the stopper was still loose and the bracelet fell off and I lost it a week after it was returned to me. I won’t purchase any other bracelet with the stopper

This was the *perfect* wedding gift for some sports fan friends of ours. I think I even saw some tears in their eyes. We got them the Tigers bottle opener and the Lions keychain. The quality is gorgeous and I feel good supporting Rebel Nell as a company. I have several jewelry pieces of my own and will definitely buy more for friends (and myself) in the future.

The lady that helped us was incredible. She explained the entire process and was very friendly.

Very disappointed in the size of the piece and the low quality of the chain for what I paid. I also emailed right after the order to inquire about the 15% off if I signed up with my email, which I did, but then it wanted my cell phone number or no discount. That I didn't do, but I emailed requesting the discount since I did supply my email. No reply. It's a gift for my daughter, and that specific Zoo tower is very significant to us, so I'll keep it and give it to her, but no more ordering from here unless it's at a show where I can see the pieces.

Seventh order - one for me, 6 for gifts. U of M, MSU, Wayne’s State, Lions & Tigers - Oh My! Always excellent products and wonderful company!

Great people and service - and love the commitment to being in the GR community!
