This review is not being made about the doctors, but for fheir lack of transparency on costs and the ridiculous customer support offered at reception. My fiancee had a colonoscopy scheduled today, we saw the total price in the Regina Maria app and we were prepared to pay ~700 lei + likely a bit more in case anything extra needed to be done. He was done, then we went to pay, and suddenly, we had to pay over 1000 lei, and the lady from reception wasn't even able to explain why the price jumped so much. I showed her the price we saw in the app and asked where we're supposed to find a concrete breakdown of all the charges, to which she responded that it's available in another app. I was angry and still trying to keep calm, I asked "Okay and which app should we look for to see this??". She then completely ignored me and asked my fiancee instead if he's paying wity cash or credit card. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude; to a previous appointment, both of us were treated with the same indifference. I've let it slide that time because I thought they were having a bad day, it can happen, but this is the second time it's happening already and our concerns were rudely ignored and unaddressed. I regret treating the matter calmy and not filing a complaint, but I wanted to make other people aware of this too. Please, do your research about their prices and ask as many questions as you see fit before an appointment. They're literal scammers. If I could've given a 0 for their service amd transparency, I would've done it IMMEDIATELY.

Got great experience in reception, with a family doctor and a gastroenterologist

Charging 355 RON for a 10-minute consultation and 295 RON for a 5-minute follow-up just to reissue a prescription is a complete joke and a total disrespect for the patients' hard-earned money.
I don't know whether this comes as corporate policy or if it's a decision made by individual doctors, but forcing a chronic patient to come in EVERY SINGLE MONTH just to get a repeat prescription—when other clinics issue 3-month prescriptions—clearly shows a desire to milk patients for money rather than genuinely caring for their health.
On top of that, many of your doctors also work in the public healthcare system, conveniently redirecting patients from public hospitals straight to your private network. They complain about burnout, exhaustion, and go on strike, yet somehow find the time and energy to hold dual positions just to bill patients on an assembly line in private clinics.
Overpriced services, zero empathy, and zero respect for people's time and money.

Sunt profund nemulțumită de rezultatul investigatiei RMN, pentru interpretarea căreia am așteptat 13 zile. Dr.Cuzino Dragos care a făcut/semnat investigația nu a fost prezent în sala înainte în timpul sau după investigație. În interpretare menționează ca ar fi fost util diagnosticul prezumtiv care a lipsit. Numai ca acest diagnostic era scris pe biletul de trimitere, trebuia doar să-l citească, lucru care evident nu l-a facut. Sau ar fi putut discuta cu pacienta lucru care de-asemenea nu l-a făcut. Dacă ar fi citit diagnosticul/întrebarea despre care vorbește ar fi trebuit sa susțină sau sa infirme diagnosticul prezumtiv de pe biletul de trimitere (Tumori maligne ale pancreasului). Pe scurt, medicul care m-a trimis nu poate folosi interpretarea investigatiei

Am plătit o consultație plus ekg și ecografie cardio la Regina Maria policlinica Floreasca din București, la medicul Abedini Alireza. A prescris un tratament soției, care i-a scăzut mult tensiunea și i-a crescut pulsul. L-am căutat la două zile după și, după 4 ore fără raspuns din partea lui, și s-a facut că nu ne cunoaște!!!
1160 de lei pentru tratament greșit și lipsă de răspundere.

Si astia niste pisati care angajeaza pe pile, interese: am tot trimis CV-ul meu sipt ca nu am mintit sau inflorit CV ul, nu primit nici un raspuns pe mail!
Si la private tot niste mosi comunisti sunt, deci nu e nimic deosebit!
Ca si la sanador!
Dar si ca la spitalele publice, gen spitalul militar - esti sutuit daca te prind ca esti pasionat sau daca ai potential si ii accepta doar pe astia care sunt cu mita sau pilele!

In 2025 am facut un RMN la Regina Maria (platit), am fost la medicul Regina Maria pentru interpretarea RMN-ului si mi-a confirmat ca e facut gresit. M-am adresat serviciului clienti si mi-au spus ca nu e doctorul vinovat si nu au ce sa faca.
Concluzia: Am pierdut 700 de lei pe un RMN facut gresit

I wanted to share my experience with Regina Maria because I think it’s something other patients should be aware of.

Over the past ~2.5 years, I had around 16 transvaginal ultrasounds during gynecology visits, often even when I went just to review lab results.Everything was always normal, and no one clearly explained why so many repeated ultrasounds were needed. I really trusted my doctor in everything he recommended, until I realized that I was charged between 900- 1000 RON almost every time I went for a routine check-up. For instance, after a visit to interpret some lab tests, he charged 1060 RON.

What concerned me more is that visits for “lab interpretation” were consistently billed as full consultations + ultrasound, which made them much more expensive, even when that wasn’t the reason for my visit.

I also had an ophthalmology visit for a mild conjunctivitis where I was charged for services I didn’t ask for (including a glasses prescription). The bill was later reduced (from 690 to 410 RON) without any written explanation — I only noticed it in the app.

Another red flag: one of my requests sent through the patient app simply disappeared without any response.

Overall, this raised concerns for me about unnecessary procedures, billing transparency, and communication. I’d recommend asking questions and double-checking what you’re being charged for.

O mizerie în ceea ce priveşte contractele cu CASMB. Sun vineri pe 27.03 pentru programare analize laborator si mi se spune că nu s-au alocat fonduri. Sun luni 30.03 la ora 8:30 si mi se spune că fondurile s-au epuizat. Sun marti 31.03 si mi se spune din nou că fondurile pentru luna aprilie nu s-au alocat. Cine spune adevărul, cine minte? Este inadmisibil ce se întâmplă.Şi nu este pentru prima dată când încerc să fac o programare la Regina Maria. Pare că este doar cu circuit închis.

Experienta execrabila. Te blocheaza intr-un contract pe un an de zile si nu ai voie sa renunti in avans la el nici daca platesti. Sunt niste mercenari. DE EVITAT CU ORICE PRET!!!!!!!!

The service is a joke. Went to make a reservation at one of the blood centre and the person at the desk was more preoccupied with her Whatup conversation.
I have asked her to give me a price for the service - “my colleague will let you know tomorrow but is between 200-700 lei”
Asked twice for her to confirm that I need to bring an urine sample!!
Been trying for months to get into my account , nobody can help me and they refused to transfer me to IT department.
Do you want a better service? Just go somewhere else!
P.S. One star is too much

Am făcut analize la Regina Maria și de peste 2 săptămâni NU pot primi rezultatele. Motivul? Am număr de Anglia, iar sistemul lor nu trimite SMS-uri pe numere străine.

Am sunat și am scris de zeci de ori. În loc să îmi trimită REZULTATELE PE EMAIL (ceea ce am cerut de la început), mi-au tot dat soluții tehnice: curăță cache, verifică setările SMS, încearcă pe alt telefon, mută cartela în alt dispozitiv.

După săptămâni de insistențe, au recunoscut: UN OPERATOR DE-AL LOR a introdus GREȘIT numărul meu în sistem. Greșeala LOR, dar eu am fost tratată ca o needucată și am pierdut timp prețios.

Ce au încălcat:
❌ GDPR – dreptul meu de a-mi accesa propriile date medicale
❌ Legea drepturilor pacientului – dreptul de a primi rezultatele
❌ OUG 34/2014 – drepturile consumatorului

Încă aștept rezultatele. Recomandarea mea: dacă locuiești în străinătate și ai număr internațional, ferește-te de Regina Maria.

I simply don't want to bore you will all the details, the sum of reviews says it all.. but I'll summarize a few below.

- worst customers service at the reception. (maybe they were waiting to go home..)
- price for services.. you pay a sum ~60euro for the consult (meaning you enter the room and take a seat) every other investigation (looking in your neck, eyes, nose, or lung check-up, etc..) cost additional money (and they don't tell you that, you find out when you exit that you need to pay)
- other than that they are not assuming their recommendation even if they are wrong. I got a prescription for glasses and it was wrong. I didn't see with them. They didn't offer to fix their error so I went to another clinic another consult another prescription another pair of glasses on my expense.
- they quietly renew subscriptions if you are not paying attention to that and end up paying good money to termination of contract.
- and the list can go on but I've said I'll keep it short. All-in-all I'm not recommending Regina Maria. There are many many more alternatives of greater service quality and cheaper prices.

We chose Regina Maria primarily for their pediatric services, and to be fair, we have not been disappointed with the doctors. The medical care itself has been good, and the pediatricians we interacted with were professional and competent.

Unfortunately, the administrative side is a completely different story.

We were charged for services that were clearly included in our subscription (abonament). When we raised the issue, instead of resolving it properly, we were offered “compensation vouchers” that, as it turns out, did not actually exist in the system.

It has now been approximately eight months of trying to recover our money. Responses take months — if they come at all. Sometimes we are told that emails were sent (they were not), other times there is simply no follow-up. The lack of accountability and transparency is deeply frustrating.

In 2026, this kind of administrative dysfunction is shocking — especially from a private medical network that positions itself as premium.

The doctors deserve better support from the system behind them.

Nu recomand aceste servicii medicale Regina Maria.

Their main problem was to keep us in their hospital after my wife gave premature birth. They almost made my wife go into a coma shorlty after birth, giving her glucose after she had gestational diabetes, going to 400 blood sugar. Didn’t told us all the things about our baby and some of the doctors kept my wife in panic suggesting that only their machines were keeping the baby alive….

I was completely ridiculed and belittled by this doctor from the second I stepped foot in his room.

Firstly he asked me “where I worked?” And once I started talking, he replied “actually, I don’t care” and laughed.

He then proceeded to tell me he did not feel that I needed the medication I was on (after just meeting me 2 minutes prior). If he knew my medical history, he certainly wouldn't be so quick to make a dangerous assumption.

He told me that I had the mental maturity of someone “younger than 20” (I am 25) which is “really not good” and that I appear to have “very low self esteem”. These things he concluded about me after 10 minutes. I did not ask him his opinion on these things.

I am not sure if this doctor simply had a bad day (or is struggling in his personal life) and wanted to make an innocent woman’s day just as bad as his - or perhaps he had something against women in general. His attitude would suggest so. I felt verbally abused and extremely patronised by this man.

I truly feel very sorry to anyone who has had a similar experience with him. As a vulnerable young person who has just moved to the country, my experience with him has made me feel unsafe and unsupported. I will not be returning to him for future appointments.
